Dunkin' — Restaurant in Naugatuck

I visit this Dunkin donuts almost daily because it is near my work but I will drive across town now. My child has severe a.d.d. and doesn't take her medicine until she eats. Friday's she gets Dunks. She told me what she wanted and I ordered her munchkins. My child didn't make eye contact and was looking over to the side. The RUDE woman behind the counter asked her if she wanted to look at what she was ordering because the munchkins were over here, while pointing to the donuts. Excuse me but #1 you don't talk to a child that way. #2 you do not know anyone's problems so bite your tongue. My child has trouble focusing in busy situations and in making eye contact. So...

This is the Dunkin donuts close by me and I have been coming for a while now and always have issues and this is why the surveys are in place . Today they told me they can't serve me anymore since there is always a issue as he messed up my order and had to re make the coffee again. At 830 in the morning on my way in to work everyday so ya I guess I'll stop at a different location but this is honestly how they handled there mistakes one after another they tell a paying customer not to come in because we can't please you. this is the saddest thing I have ever witnessed shame on this location!
