G's Burgers — Restaurant in Naugatuck

This place is absolutely horrible. Called in for pickup order and the girl (oh sorry let me fix that for you libs) the person I spoke to (not sure if that is ok but let me know if you're offended) that took my order was rude. Hey, I get it. You're working at a burger and fries place. I did the same thing when I was 15 years old. You grow up and advance and get a better job and that's life. Anyways that is no problem for me. Ordered 2 seperate meals the other day. On the website was $1.00 off coupon for combo meal. Got to window to pickup food and the "person" said they will not accept my coupons unless they are printed. Never had an issue. So sad because they (government) just announced no masks and they have everyone at the pickup window and won't allow people inside. We all have been affected by this Covid thing and everyone is stressed. Anyways time to get to the point. Order was like 20 bucks. You wouldn't take my coupon so hope you throwing the 20 food away was worth it over a dollar coupon. Will never order from this place again. Good luck trying to delete this Google review. I'll just keep creating new ones. Anyways I'm not expecting anyone from management to get back to me. I'm sure though eventually they will. Don't support this place people. Yes, the food is good but it's not worth the disrespect. They have coupons and don't honor them. They don't even tell you they need to be printed. They just take your order on the phone and when you drive there...

STRIKE 2, FULL COUNT NOW. - This is a better choice for fast food in town. Great food, fresh every time. Twice this week it was not busy when I ordered and on two separate orders I asked for to substitute the sodas for coffee shakes. The first time they were Chocolate shakes. So, I order an extra coffee shake on the Carvel side as my brother is allergic to Chocolate. I went in tonight and order my brothers meal for him. When I ordered I made sure to announced that it was a Coffee Shake, TWICE. While waiting, I noticed the female trainer had the trainee put a medium Vanilla Shake instead. When the buzzer went off, not only was there no shake ready but was asked "Oh, you had a vanilla shake too, right?" "NO! Coffee!" Another wait as they made the coffee shake I originally ordered. Baseball season is upon us, hopefully you don't strike out if I (we) come in again.

First time at G's . Really like the look and feel of G's. Crew was very pleasant and friendly. Big shout out to our new friend and "Ice Cream Therapist" next door at Carvel. On to the burgers ...etc

On par with a burgers from Duchess. All made when you order so it may take a few minutes. Our group opted for bacon cheeseburgers and then one burger. No onion rings, but we did order plain French fries. They were pretty good. I tried the G's fries. I expected a little kick with the "Cajun-like" seasonings.

We liked the self serve Pepsi machine that also had cherry, vanilla, banana and lemon syrup shots to add to your soda.

No one complained about the size or flavor of the vanilla milkshakes. The 2 chocolate ice creams I took home on a recommendation from my new therapist were excellent!!!

Easy to reach off Route 8 and ample parking - at least at lunch time...
