I let my girlfriend talk me into coming back to this place after always leaving upset in the past. I did have a decent visit last time, but... now had an unpleasant one. We pulled into the Curbside Pickup spot to discover either of our McDonald's apps were working. Her app said the menu wasn't available for this location and would go back to this location and repeat the error when she tried selecting a different location. I gave mine a try to discover I could order just fine, but there was no option to check out and the bag icon wasn't there... effectively sabotaging my ability to place an order. The easy solution "head inside and order, right??" WRONG. I stroll up to the first available kiosk and notice it's broken. The screen had some lines and showed nothing but random shapes. I looked over to see the registers unoccupied by an employee, see the other 2 were in use, but once one opened... I got in there. Thankfully, that kiosk worked well enough to get off an order. The printer didn't print a receipt (seemingly the status quo at this point) but I got in line at the pickup. Someone called out a number and plopped my food down and disappeared. I looked in the bag to see my ordered items but no drinks. I yelled out "I'm missing my drinks though!" And by the grace of the good lord, someone heard me and got them. I practically ran out of there. For one of most successful food chains available on the planet, they sure are bad at keeping their Point of Sale systems in very poor maintenance. It seems like their app is barely keeping it together and simple QA testing should be preventing this kind of end user frustration. Read moreI'm going to add to this. I went this morning, April 13th.I and they didn't have a cook so they weren't serving food. So if you're not serving food, then don't open the damn restaurant or better yet. Have your staff trained and your manager train to cook? In case you have someone not show up instead of saying, oh we don't have any food right now. You can order a drink. This location is a joke. went in this morning real quick to get something for breakfast on my way to work nobody in the store one car in line in front of me the wait time in the drive-through for only 2 people was a bit ridiculous and for them not being busy how do you forget something in someone's order? I understand if you're busy that may be forgetting something but it wasn't busy it took forever for them to answer in the drive-through again they were not busy and the older woman that was at the window was quite rude so do better This is not my 1st bad experience at this Location I've just never said anything before and now it's becoming a consistent issue I don't know if you guys are that short staff or who is actually running this store but you really need to look into what's going on because wait times for an establishment that's not busy should not be as long as I had to wait today just to order 2 items and then have...
Read moreI ordered a frappe, with espresso. This seemed reasonable enough. The espresso was an extra $3 up charge and it was still available for order on the app. Usually when it isn’t available you are not able to order it on the app or they will cancel your order (at a good McDonald’s) this McDonald’s however is extremely lazy and likes to cost their customers their time. I placed the order and drove from home to pick it up at the counter.. They waited until I arrived to tell me there was a problem, when I asked if their machine was dirty they replied yes and that it would take 18 minutes to clean it. Perhaps trying to get me to settle but they have done this to me too many times and I’m tired of going through customer service for a refund when they should just be able to do their job efficiently. Anyway I told them I would wait for them to clean the machine and I have been here now for 20 minutes so I took the time to write the review. Not to mention they were being completely unprofessional behind the counter.
