McDonald's — Restaurant in Nebraska City

Today I ordered the two Big Mac or McChicken and two medium fries deal and I'm waiting for it for 20 min. Everyone else around me is waiting a ridiculous amount of time also as some sketchy guy walks around the lobby area cursing and barking obscenities at no one but everyone all at the same time, but I'm watching as everyone else but me walks off with their food. Finally I ask where my meal is (the staff have seen me standing there the entire time) and turns out, it's been sitting there getting cold on the staff side of the counter and no one called it out, bothered to tell me or ask if I've gotten my food yet. This happens basically every visit, regardless of the day or time of day. Every employee looks like they hate their job and treat the place like it's their hang out joint. I realize it's a bad location but can't decide who's worse behaved; the staff or the riff raff who make their home here. The two Uber eats guys who I saw there during my wait in line looked like they'd rather dip their faces in liquid nitrogen than stand there for...

The manager and 3 other employees can sit in a booth while watching tiktoks. Meanwhile, an employee came up and asked for help and said I'm running around everywhere. And she replied "then you're going to run around everywhere." Pathetic. That blonde haired manager needs to get ripped into. Absolutely ridiculous. Line in drive through and you guys are just messing around and not helping each other. Learn how to run a business. No wonder your turn over here is high.

Edit: not paying attention during a company meeting on zoom while watching tiktoks and ignoring your employees. It sure takes 4 of your employees for it too doesn't it?...

My wife and I arrive around 12:30pm. The drive-thru was 10 vehicles deep, both lanes. So we thought we'd try take out from inside. Socual distancing was weak at best, however McDonald's works had masks on, so that was good! We just ordered two 1/4 pounder meals. It took a while, and even when our food came, we had to ask them for our drinks, which took another 4 minutes. The burgers were pretty good, the fries were terrible. They were under cooked and greasy. The drinks consisted of a full cup of ice with very little diet Coke. I'd ask for my money back if I lived in the area. Not great...
