We have eaten here a couple times before but this last time really took the cake as the WORST. We had a party of 5 and when we told the hostess that she literally SIGHED and looked down at the little chart of tables. SIGHED like doing her job (probably the easiest one in that joint) was the hardest thing possible. What should have been a 10 second process turned into a couple minutesâŚIt wasnât even that busy in there. Finally she asked us if a booth was okay to which we answered that yes it was. She grabs the menus and we follow herâŚTo a table with chairs. UmâŚOkay. The chairs at the tables are sketchy and on wheels⌠Doesnât seem all that safe. We all ordered our drinks, I in particular ordered a PEACH margarita. Our waitress brought them back and I was given strawberry. I just waved it off and didnât mention it because it really wasnât that big of a dealâŚAt the time. The food was ok, my toast with my Cajun fettuccini was hard as a rock though and I could barely eat it. Our waitress, while nice, needed to speak up. We could hardly hear over the loud table next to us and the fact that she practically whispered when she talked. Her service skills were awful. She would disappear into the kitchen for long periods of time, never once checked to see if we needed refills, which we did. We had to go up to the bar to get our refills which was another pain because the bartender working absolutely refused to put drinks made up there on our table bill. Seriously? Shouldnât be that hard. My brother in-law literally had to call over to the waitress while she was cleaning off the neighboring table and ask for another beer. He didnât get that for about ten minutes.    Read more$92.+ before tipping server $20. God awful $37 ribeye steak, tough as leather ordered med well but was rare, cold to touch but had pressed markings like they pretended it was grilled. I had not had tine to eat anything all day so was starving. I tried, to eat but gave up after 1/3 of the 12oz ribeye was ALL fat, not marbled but FAT! I thought maybe if brought it home and heated it up w butter on top it could be cooked and edible. After microwaving for 5 minutes on HIGH it was just medium done so obviously it was served rare and not medium well by the restaurant. Even after heating up at home with all the melted butter on top it was still tough as shoe leather. The loaded baked potato was loaded with truly, just 3 tiny pieces of scallions, 2 tiny pieces of bacon bits, and a half-frozen condiment package of sour cream! Iâd love to know what they think is a naked and not a loaded baked potato! The vegetable of the day, asparagus, was 5 stringy overcooked skinny spears. The roll was cold and had to be several days old! My friend wanted a beer and they didnât even have the 1st three choices she selected from their menu. What stuff has been said about? The manager yelling at customers in the parking lot. A lazy hostess until tonight actually doing his job and teaching a younger person than the other one. He taught this newer one way more about the job than the hostess. Before her and he on purposely sabotaged the other hostess because of her 1st day. What she said and he hold a grudge and they always said. Oh, you don't have a backbone to work in this industry. They don't have the courtesy to backup and teach. And give them a backbone with confidence to work at the environment. Nonetheless, the girl had piercings the new one. And her outfit looks like she's trying to make extra money while working. In the manager for some reason kept blaming the girl. That's been there a little bit longer. Than this newest girl that just started tonight. I will no longer be recommending this place to any.
