Star Asian Cafe Needville — Restaurant in Needville

I worked at a Chinese restaurant for almost 10 years where I used to live in Atascocita. It was the best Chinese restaurant I’ve eaten at other than big name restaurants. I appreciate this restaurant and employees being as nice and working as hard as they do. You can see that. But… all the chicken sauce has a ton of vinegar and the variation and taste is just not there between dishes. Obviously, it’s the only Chinese food in like 20 miles so what are you going to do. If you’re really hungry and have a hankering it’s worth it. After you eat this you’ll not want it again for like a month or two which is a shame. This restaurant could make a killing if they stepped it up a little in the taste department. I’d be here at least once a week to every two weeks if they did. They’re opening a Panda Express down the road soon and idk if I’ll want to eat here again when it opens....

I love goin to star asian cafe the place is very clean and the waiters and owner are awsome people always greating us with a smile and so polite. Our food is always delivered to our table fresh and hot. I get the sesame chicken it's mine and my son's favorite my wife usually gets the combo wonton soup and it's just filled wontons and vegetables and the broth is amazing I'm a very big tea guy and their tea there is just amazing I don't know what they put in with or how they make it but I can't seem to get enough of it especially with the squeeze of lemon and just a hint of sugar wow I highly suggest this place if you are in the Needville area it's quaint it's clean and it's efficient and it's delicious the prices are just right and they are always on point great job guys you know I'll be returning to get some of that good food...

PORTIONS... I recently visited Star Asian Cafe and was blown away by the quality of the food and the service. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and the staff is very friendly and attentive (Thank you Marina). I ordered the general TSO chicken and it was delicious. The rice was a good addition and the sauce was flavorful without being too spicy. I also tried the egg drop soup and it was fresh and delicious. Overall, I highly recommend Star Asian Cafe to anyone looking for great Asian cuisine in the area."
