McDonald's — Restaurant in Neenah

This location constantly argues with my sister and I in regards to using 2 coupons from the app. Which I know you can't do. However, we were shown by an employee from another location that if you have them scan your punchcard for the mccafe drinks and then proceed to have them scan the next coupon which we have been using the buy one mccafe get one for a .01 and it works everytime. Then they say, "oh, you are one of the people who actually know how to do it in the right order" mind you they just argued with me trying to tell me I could absolutely not use 2 coupons and it will kick one off- so frustrating...

Ordered 3 sandwiches, 10 piece nugget, large Fry and 3 large sodas through the drive thru. Was told to pull ahead and the food would be brought out. After about 10 minutes of waiting went inside and order was not ready, when I finally was out together, items in the bag were wrong. Also had to ask for fresh fries and that took another 3 minutes while waiting in the lobby, I had to ask where the fries were and once again didn’t remember to give me fresh fries. After arriving home, one of the sandwiches was wrong so I attempted to call and talk to a manager 2 times but no one answered the phone....

We take my elderly Mom over there from the VNA for ice cream or shakes Shamrock Shakes (mint flavored Shamrock Shakes for St Patricks Day are her favorite mine too). I can't speak of the service because I send my husband in. We do wish the outside seating area was more accessible with the wheelchair than going through the rocks, the mud and the grass area it's a little difficult we stay outside because we usually have our big white dog w us too. He always gets a doggy dish of deliciousness and its fun to watch him eat it 😁 But we've noticed they are remodeling so hopefully it...
