Update to original post:
Don’t bother getting dinner here. The food portions aren’t larger and they cost more. Additionally, you have to pay extra for fried rice or lo mein noodles (the rice comes free with lunch orders).
On another matter, if the restaurant makes a mistake they will not rectify it or offer to give you a discount or make it right in any way, no matter how pleasantly you present the problem. Most of the time we are handed our takeout orders with little or no pleasantries whatsoever, not even a thank you for your patronage type of goodbye. This place has lost our business and the worst part is that they don’t even care. They don’t even respond to reviews on any platform. You’re not a valued customer, you’re income, and even that doesn’t mean they’ll take the time to treat you right.

My fiance and I are particularly choosy about our Asian-inspired cuisine. Today we could smell their food cooking because they are so close to where we live and the wind was just right, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered online and got Chicken and Broccoli and Mongolian Beef, with a side order of Hot and Sour Soup and Crab Rangoons. The website was easy to navigate and had a pleasing aesthetic. Ordering online was a breeze. My fiance decided to go and pick it up and our order was ready when expected. She said that the restaurant was clean and had a nice family atmosphere, with a small curio shop located inside. She had a coupon but the lady at the counter politely waved it away and just gave her the discount. So, no need to print the coupons each time, which is a savings I am glad of.
The food itself was far better than we expected. We have been searching for a decent Asian restaurant for over a year and a half, so we had very low expectations to start with. New Dynasty met our usual expectations and went well beyond. They even included a side of Sweet and Sour Sauce for the Crab Rangoons gratis. The sauce wasn't the usual runny and flavorless brown sauce, but a thick, rich, robust-tasting sauce that covered everything it was supposed to and didn't spill over into the Fried Rice, as is so often the case in Asian take-out food. That fact alone stood out and placed New Dynasty in a category all by itself. The Pork Fried Rice that we chose over the White Rice option was moist and tasted wonderful. The vegetables were crisp yet soft enough to add that perfect texture to epicureans. The meat wasn't overcooked and tough, another sad fact of take-out food at most places. Overall, I feel New Dynasty raised the bar for us and we will be patronizing their establishment frequently...
Read moreLady that takes the orders a REAL bth. After ordering there for years I'm so disappointed. She wouldn't even allow me to finish my order and had printed out the slip for my order. Even after I had informed her that I wasn't finished she gave me an attitude of what do you want? And I'm busy! So she walked away from the counter and came back after 5 minutes of standing in the kitchen and still gave me an attitude. They weren't busy, maybe 2 other orders ahead of mine. She seemed more interested in her phone or tablet or whatever than wanting to help out a customer. I wonder what happened to that other kind asian gentleman that was always working there. Its been a couple months and...
Read moreCrab rangoons were good. Beef chop suey was mid (a whole head of broccoli, average amount of beef). Chicken fried rice was just yellow rice, did not seem fried, no vegetables in it at all, and the few chicken pieces in there tasted like they came from a rotisserie and were just thrown in as an afterthought (bland and white). Shrimp chow mein and chicken chow mein were gross, mainly just a lot of shredded cabbage in some sort of flavorless watery slime that I guess was supposed to be the sauce. Just really...
