Pizza is 5 star rate & very delicious, but the service not so much. When I got home & opened up the pizza box, I discovered that most of the toppings were shifted to one side, so I called & told them what happened & the guy assumed it was because I set the pizza on my car seat as it's not an even surface. Now I love pizza & have ordered many in my lifetime & NEVER has that happened to me!! Most places with reputable customer service would offer to replace it regardless of the situation instead of just blaming the customer. How you treat your customer means everything, especially in terms of repeat business. I live right around the corner from this pizza joint, but needless to say, due to my negative experience, I probably won't consider this place the next time I'm craving pizza, not because of the pizza as the quality is awesome, but I don't really like how I was treated after I just spent over $20 for one large pizza. The guy I talked to acted like he could've cared less & didn't offer any compensation whatsoever. I mean at least he could've told me not to sit the pizza on my car seat beforehand since he claims he's seen this happen many times before, although I think that's a highly unlikely scenario. My husband had to try & scoop up some of the toppings that were all to one side to make it edible since one half of the pizza was bare. Yes, it still tasted good of course, but it was one sloppy pizza with toppings falling everywhere LOL. Oh well, next time I know to take my business elsewhere. I work in the customer service field, so one thing I really can't stand is poor...

It was our first time there. It's pretty small on the inside but there is seating downstairs too (I think). We got there a bit before 5 on a weekday. We were greeted quickly and given menus. We tried the cheesy garlic bread that was served with marinara. It was a great first impression. All four of us loved it. Three of us ordered calzones and one ordered a pizza. We were all happy with our food. The crust was really good. My husband never eats his crusts from pizza but he ate this. I liked that they had two sizes of calzone. I took half mine home.

The service was friendly and efficient. Rachel has a great sense of humor and was quick to check on us and get refills. The staff helped each other too. It's a come as you are kinda place and I appreciated that. They also had carry out available and quite a few people came in for carry out while we were there.

I'd definitely ask about the specials before ordering. We learned that the special was mac n cheese after ordering but truth be told, it doesn't really matter. We'll...

5 of us ladies planned this night out well over a month ago. We got there at 4:30 pm ordered 15 minutes later. At 6:20 pm I asked the owner what was going on as we had been waiting almost 2 hours for food. He stated "no that can't be" I said yes!. He went inside talked with our server came back only to tell us our server made a mistake with the ticket and assured our table of 5 it would be 15 more minutes. Another 30 minutes went by during that time profanities were being yelled from kitchen between cooks and owner. I was finally served a salad while the other 4 sat with no food. A table should be served together. After 2.5 hours they brought me a sandwich and chips drenched in spilled au jus. 3 of us got up to leave I suggested a question to owner that he might comp our order. Needless to say, first time ever being there and last time. 3 of us went elsewhere and had food within 3 minutes. This place needs a Jon Taffer to come in and get things in order. Table next to us same issues. Never came back to apologize for the...

Yeah it's atmosphere was warm and friendly the place could use some cleaning up but overall it wasn't bad. We ordered a pizza and a calzone. The pizza was good and it's the sauce that makes it. Therefore I really didn't care for this type of sauce which someone else might actually love it ,so it's a personal thing. Now I have to admit that calzone was good and I would definitely go back for the calzone which they gave you a dipping sauce and it was tomato-based and I thought THAT sauce would have been better on the pizza. Lastly and which is something that's really important to me the temperature inside was rather comfortable and not too cold, especially for January. Some restaurants you go to and the temperature is too cold as if to say in so many ways that they're cutting costs or overhead by turning down the heat, and for me that is a turn off. Lastly lastly the bathrooms were clean and well kept so with that I would definitely go back for the calzone and possibly try something else on the menu..

I was told that Goodfellas was a must try in the Nekoosa/port Edwards area for pizza when I describe what I really enjoy in a pizza that is a cracker, thin crust and even distribution of all toppings and a good quality cheese. I am also a fan of the Stanislaus sauce that is used perfect combination of toppings sauce and a cracker thin crust with just the right amount of crunch was exactly what I was looking for. I will be Ordering from them to cater a work event and only visiting when in the area. As a reviewer of food in Wisconsin, I give this place two thumbs up.
