McDonald's — Restaurant in Nekoosa

One of the slowest Mcdonald's in the country. I go here maybe once or twice a week. Most of the time, you're waiting in line for 15+ minutes, or they ask you to pull ahead and wait longer because the fries aren't ready.

The other day I went here while on a lunch break for work, it was about 2:30pm, and I waited in line for roughly 20-25 minutes. They had me pull ahead and wait because, of course, the fries weren't ready. I was waiting in line for over 10 minutes before that, there were only two or three cars in front of me, why does it take so much time go get a sandwich and a medium fry?

A lot of the times I go here, the drive thru is closed, coned off. Apparently when they get deliveries, they have to shut down the drive thru because the store is apart of a gas station and they have no room. You would think they would have thought this through better over 20 years ago. They've had plenty of time...

McDonald's in nekoosa is disappointing in the evening. I ordered a chocolate shake and it tasted sour. You could tell it was NOT right. I went back inside and was waiting for someone to talk to me and all I was told was, " lobby is closed at 7" in a very rude manner and the man did not even make eye contact with me but looked at the shake. It was 7:03 and a customer complaint is not being taken care of. I saw the name on the name tag and it said Jason. I also ordered 2 double cheese burgers, and your suppose to get 2 patties?? Well I only got 1 patty on each. They didn't check anything and I never got a refund or new food. Very huge disappointment in my eyes. Just drove through drive thru, no orange cones, got to place order with a trailer on truck, once at window employee said drive thru was closed as they placed cones. I told em now that I was at window it would be easier to drive thru versus backing up truck with trailer. Employee agreed and said drive up to window to place order. The employee with lazy attitude would not take order through drive thru and said I had to come inside. I asked if she could place order at walk in because she said drive thru was closed cuz of semi. I had to walk in and went to first door I saw and didn’t realize it said employee entrance, once again employee didn’t wanna take order as walked in wrong door. Unreal so where is common sense to...
