Hardee’s — Restaurant in Neosho

The woman asked me at the drive through if I would like to try the new smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I said yes. When I got to the window she had charged me more than the sign said. She said I asked for cheese which is 50 cents more. I told her no, that cheese was included on the sign. She said no it wasn't and asked me what I wanted to do now. I told her never mind and took the sandwich. Before I left the lot I opened my breakfast sandwich and noticed they gave me the wrong sandwich. She gave me the regular sausage biscuit sandwich. I pulled into the parking spot and walked inside. When I pointed it out to the manager, he was very frustrated at me and in a hurry to get me out of there. I told him I didn't understand what the problem was because she asked me if I wanted to try the new smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit and I said yes and then she gave me something else and charged me more for it. That's messed up. I must say that i would have out one star except that the kitchen help were kind and got my correct order out quickly. No apology from the manager or the lady at the window. as soon as i entered with my fiancé, it seemed very depressing, as the employee didn’t greet us or even smile once when taking our order or answer our questions about their menu. after receiving our food, the burger i ordered had tomato on it after requesting it off. i checked the receipt and it said no tomato, so i informed the staff, and the lady rolled her eyes at me and told the kitchen to make me a new one. as the burger was being remade, the employees stood there, staring at me, and talking. after that, the food was perfect. as we were about to leave, an employee was taking out the trash, and it began to leak everywhere. you think that once spotted by the other employees, someone would clean it up, but they just stared at her and walked away, leaving the mess to her as they stood around. during all of this, beginning to end, there was no one else eating or requesting food from the drive through. the employees seemed very lazy and didn’t have customer service...

Went through the drive thru tonight. For starters the workers or lack thereof acted like I inconvenienced them when I came through the drive thru. I order the new maple bacon burger and curly fries and a mushroom Swiss and curly fries. The best thing I received was the coke zero. I had only been gone 5 minutes, got out my maple bacon burger. The food was cold, the fries tasted like they was just put back in the fryer to heat up because they were super crunchy. Got home and my wife opened up her mushroom Swiss. Ummmm where the crap are the rest of the mushroom. 3 or 4 tiny mushrooms and barely any cheese on there to feed a fly and I paid $30. What a joke of an establishment. Will never be back. Talk about...
