Horrible people ,horrible food ,and horrible service. Went to sonic this week ordered 3 burgers and tots couple chicken wraps 3 ice creams and a rt 44 drink. We waited over 30 mins for our food as two carhops were doing x rated things with young boys in trucks parked at back stalls. While people were at almost every stall pushing buttons with no response and watched people leave. When finally got our meal and brought this to attention. Carhop said sorry we're shorthanded tonight and we're so busy. Drove the 20 mins home to find out we had been given the wrong order. And the ice cream we recieved was hot liquid unrecognizable to what it was. Called up reported this issue was put on list to remake. Went tonight to have order remade and purchase an additional meal from menu. Ordered recieved food within 10 mins or less drove 20 mins home. To find yet again issues with the order. Melted ice cream cold congealed smashed burgers (only 3 out of 4 that I had actually ordered made into the bag) a small half container of pieces of fries and cold hard tots. Missing the meal I purchased tonight completely. Second time now they took money without providing what I ordered. When I call up the manager was rude started screaming at me in front of witnesses about how I was out of line when the food they served me looked like they scraped it off the break room floor after mutilating it for half the day. Pictures are available if you'd like to see what I paid over 70 dollars for and to be told I could not be given the number to anyone above her. Rude sarcastic laughed at me when I explained how incompetent they were for multiple times after complaints serving me expired cold trash their employees didn't finish to my children and I. Had to call joplin location for info where I was told by location owner that both carthage and neosho locations have so many complaints that their patrons travel to joplin to eat sonic. He then told me none of this was acceptable. And gave me the lines to call. I have now called both lines to sit on hold with no answer after some time. One of which I was told was the after hours escalation line. I feel that maybe further action is needed against this location since after seeing reviews and the general unappealing visits this location is having you would think the owner would actually care and hold these people accountable for the food poisoning and theft going on. Will never eat at a sonic again. Over priced literal garbage. Complete with floor dirt and trash in the food. Update: called that number owner still hasn't called or...
Read moreI pulled in around 8:10pm on Sunday night. Parking long completely empty. After looking at menu and kids decided what they wanted I went to order only to hear the kid on the speaker tell me they are only serving drive thru customers right now. So we went to the speaker ordered and waited at window while our food was being made,what seemed fresh because it took quite a while. While waiting for our food about 3 or 4 cars pulled in behind us in the drive thru. Once we got our food without asking if we needed sauces or napkins or anything the kid slammed the door and went on with her business hoping we would drive off. And we didn't. We needed forks for our food napkins and sauce. After getting what we needed we proceeded to pull BACK around the building to finally park to eat our food where we saw a couple cars parked ordering their food and one being served their food! As I questioned the kid about why she was serving them and why I was made to use the drive thru when i was litterally the ONLY customer in the entire Lot, she proceeded to tell me "I am the manager and I get to make that executive decision." There were plenty of employees on duty inside to work. No reason at all that I could not park and order other than the manager was being lazy and didn't want to walk outside and do her job! I feel like I was treated unfairly as a customer and discriminated against at that! I feel discriminated against because we are a family who just came from church and are "church goers" and the people she chose to serve were some guys in a mustang that were more her style. Read moreWe spent $32 on ice cream, waited 25 minutes on a slow night with 3 cars in the entire place. The 4 cups of ice cream came out and was melted told the carhop and she kinda shrugged and walked back to the building. So took the loss and came home. Got home and the cups that were supposed to be sonic blasts were plain vanilla ice cream after even asking and paying for extra candy. So I called and talked to the manager and he made up every excuse in the book why it took so long but the one that was mind blowing was we are short staffed…. Then why was an employee out walking the parking lot looking for trash to sweep up, and another one running back and forth to her car? Needless to say I believe he said his name was Justin, & Justin doesn’t know how to manage an established employing teens if he’s having them do the lowest priorities. There’s no way it should’ve taken almost a half hour for 4 ice creams on a very slow night even for 1 or 2 employees. Definitely would like to hear from the lead manager of this establishment in Neosho. I requested a refund and told I was getting one and in the process got told I was being hostile because I asked for his name and that I was gonna call to talk with the main manager of the store.
