Humberto's Mexican Food in Fort Mojave: An Authentic Culinary Gem! 😋 💎
My dining experience at Humberto's Mexican Food in Fort Mojave was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The vibrant, colorful décor sets the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal.
The menu is a celebration of authentic Mexican cuisine, bursting with flavors that transport your taste buds straight to the heart of Mexico. I started with their homemade guacamole and chips, which were the perfect blend of creamy and crunchy. The freshness of the ingredients was undeniable.
For the main course, I indulged in the Carne Asada Burrito. It was a generous portion, filled with tender, marinated steak, perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. The rice, beans, and pico de gallo complemented the meat beautifully. Every bite was a harmonious mix of textures and flavors.
The highlight of my meal was the Chiles Rellenos. They were stuffed with a mouthwatering cheese blend and smothered in a rich, flavorful tomato sauce. It was evident that a lot of care and tradition went into preparing this dish.
The service was exceptional throughout my visit. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to make recommendations. They made me feel valued and ensured that my dining experience was top-notch.

Read moreNo.#1 When you pay for 3 tacos and a coke it should be 3 tacos and a coke, not 3 tacos and some off brand soda that they picked up somewhere on sale. I was charged extra for an authentic coke in a can. When you say coke it should mean just that. No#2 The tacos should not be so over-fried that you risk breaking a tooth with each bite. They should have flavor not just dripping grease and tired lettuce. I have dined in Mexico plenty, this is not authentic Mexican fare, it is something else, no pride went into this. No#3 If I and my friend are your only customers and we were, trying to be a little appreciative rather than rude and combative, might be the best course to stay in business. We came to spend money at your establishment and for that we were over charged received bad food and rude service. So thanks for that. You will see a double blue moon before you ever see the likes...
Read moreI live local here in Laughlin and have had a bad experience with one of our local businesses. My step son and I went in this evening to Humberto's Mexican restaurant and the guy behind the counter taking our order was super rude. I just ordered some soft tacos because I just had some dental work done and could not bite down very well so I asked for soft tacos instead of deep fried, the guy taking our order got mad and asked me how old I was, I thought he was joking and told him my age and told him I probably couldn't bite down on the deep fried taco so I probably should have soft tacos and he stated I should go to McDonald's and get dinner. I will never eat there again I couldn't believe the way he treated me and my son I was super embarrassed that I took my son to a place that treats their customers so bad like that. I take my business to Rivas tacos they make any...
