Absolutely the WORST manager. (I didn't get his name. The person who took my order was fine. He wasn't the manager) I have been coming countless times to this location, and was a loyal customer, but NO MORE! My elderly disabled mom and I went May 6, 2023. My mom politely discussed an issue with the manager, (I fell asleep for five minutes while waiting for mom to finish her meal. I'm diabetic, and too many carbs makes me tired) who then threatened to call the cops on my elderly disabled mom for loitering! EXCUSE ME?!! So that's your answer when a customer politely disagrees with you? You become a bully and threaten them? Is that customer service?!? I think not. She was politely discussing the issue with you after just finishing eating, and you'd do that to my elderly disabled mom, who was a loyal customer?!? I mean seriously, I closed my eyes for five minutes while mom finished eating. What did that hurt? Heaven forbid I actually closed my eyes! Oh my God! No one else was in the dining area. We always go to this Marco's Pizza. NO MORE. This manager needs to get FIRED!! You don't treat elderly people like that, nor do you do that to people with a disability! Read moreAs a previous Marcos pizza lover, I have to say my love of Marcos is dwindling, I order on average their pizza about 3 to 4 times a month; in the past it has always been good. But tonight I ordered what I thought would be a great dinner, I ordered a x large pizza... cheese and pepperoni........well done chicken wings and cheesy bread, I didn’t get my cheesy bread, the wings were no where near done let alone well done, i called to explain and the manager woman was rude and Condescending, finally said screw it, keep my 35 dollars plus 10 dollar tip. Update same day 1 hour later, never expected or asked for this type of response I have to say Marcos pizza treated me really well they sent a brand new pizza with well done wings cheesy bread just the way I wanted all at NO CHARGE.... Awful customer service, the so-called manager is like a robot with no personality and very rude and charged me $1 for tiny little cups of dressings for a huge order of wings. I refused to pay for it & asked for a refund which he refused to issue. Then I called the manager the next day and they refused to take my call. Finally after numerous calls the manager answered Jennifer & refused to be accommodating or helpful and try to woman plain me why their policies were perfectly fine. No customer service & empathy from these cold robots after I’ve been a patron for years. Needless to say I will not be going there anymore when I used to buy there at least 3 times a week.
