You have to do a lot for me to make a review either way but after so many times, it gets to the point that I have to warn others. I’ve gone to this McDonald’s pretty much my whole life living in the area and it was never too bad. Over the past few years, I have constantly seen it go further and further downhill. I’ve seen bugs crawling around and workers have open sores on their hands and arms that aren’t covered handling food. The last several times it has been constant wrong orders and terrible service. And I don’t just mean a burger has pickles when you asked for mom and them being a little slow.
Today for example, we ordered 4 meals for three adults and a child. For starters, the gal was pretty unfriendly. It was going so slow that 2 separate cars pulled out of line cause they were tired of waiting. Blew it off cause I get it, it’s early and could be waiting on fresh lunch items. Barely got acknowledged at the payment window and we finally get to the pick up window and got 2 of the 4 drinks. The other 2 were bottled waters, thought they just didn’t get to the window yet. FINALLY got our food and she closed the window and left. Waited for her to come back to the window to give us the waters and when she noticed us still there she gave us attitude saying that we didn’t order waters. Showed her and she brought us them. Annoyed but again, whatever.
We finally get going and are already out of town when we realized not one, not two, but three burgers labeled on the wrapper as CHEESEBURGERS had no cheese (they didn’t say they were out of cheese and even had one with cheese). The fish sandwich was so saturated in tartar sauce that the bun was soggy. Every bite had it dripping out. The last meal was almost right as the order itself but then the nuggets weren’t even fully cooked so 4 out of 4 meals were wrong.
I don’t have very high expectations for any fast food establishment so I’m not looking for 5 star restaurant but I expect for them to at least to try.
Management needs to figure out what they’re doing wrong and quickly before they get shut down. I don’t know why I’m giving them 2 stars and not 1. Maybe just being generous but...
Read moreThis is the thrid day in a row that my husband has went there for breakfest each time ordering breakfest burritos and each they ask," would you like picante sauce?" Husband replies," yes please" and every time he gets home no hot sauce! Ridiculous!! Granted i understand there busy in the am i get it but it not that hard to check your ticket befor handed to the customer! Oh wait if there was a ticket which there never is anymore no wonder orders get sp messed up all the time! I have never even worked in a fast food resturant but im sure it goes something like this... window person takes your order order is printed reciept is moved or prints off where the food is done at. Cook reads order and begon cooking once finshed food is moved to warmer and waits to be put in a bag or on a tray with other items from ticket ticket is placed pn bag or tray. Bag and or tray shouls always be doulble cjecked begor handing because who does this job is the last fail safe for making sure you have a happy customer this is not getting done all the time drom what ive read about nevada mcdonalds and from personal experience orders are never right always so slow and with the amount of tine you gave to wait for everything it should be perfect! And back to the hot sauce what happen to it being an automatic thing nobody ever asked if you wanted it 2 of them where always in there. Got to be the worst mcdonalds i have ever used and ive been a regular customer since i was little! F.Y.I. thats 30 - 31 yrs. Thats a lot of different mcdonalds alot of changes better service back...
Read moreNot impressed. Food was correct but the service lacked . I should mention that we were there only customers so it wasn't as if they were bogged down. I was with two others in the car and we went through the drive-thru. I had placed my mobile order so the driver said "We have 2 separate orders, the first was a mobile order and I have the code." This had to be repeated multiple times before they did anything. Then the screen just said pull ahead. Driver calls to the box "hey, can you take our other order now?" Employee still confused asks if it's another mobile order - we say no. Silence. Finally "We'd like to order now..." and only after asking again if it was a mobile order (getting a "no!" from everyone in the car) did she take the order. Driver mentioned a promotion and says "I have the code, can I tell you or do you want to scan it?" - lady indicates she can just enter the deal. Asked for sauces for the nuggets that were ordered. Got to the pick-up window and the deal was never applied (so paid full price) and never did get the right dipping sauces despite repeating them to her twice. Will never go back - to much frustration for a quick bite to eat while passing...
