I used to be a die-hard Marco's fan, but over the last several years the quality is so hit or miss that it feels like a gamble every time we order. Today's delivery was a new low and very disappointing. The pizza was just not good and the salad had a mystery blob that completely turned off my appetite. The only saving grace was the wings. It will be a while before I order again.

Seems like they rushed the opening and hired idiots. Haven’t ate the pizza yet but I have low hopes already for this place. Update: Pizza was very bland, cardboard crust, and it was the equivalent of leftover papa john’s. The only positive is that I didn’t get food poisoning like Bonnie & Clyde’s down the street.

Sorry Marcos I've been a big fan of your pizza but the one I just picked up can't believe somebody would put that in a box and cut it up and serve it to somebody.

Would rate 0 out of 5 stars if it were an option. Where do I begin with my horrible experience I had this afternoon? First off, this is the New Albany, Charlestown Rd location. I called in an order for my wife, 2 kids and myself. The girl on the phone sounded so p*ed off taking my order, it was clear that she hates her job and possibly life itself. I told her I wanted a medium thin crust with white sauce, pepperoni, sausage and mushroom. I get there to pick it up and it’s red sauce and also has black olives on it? Not sure how they messed that up. So I walk back in and inform them of their mistake, only to be interrupted by Jeremy, “the GM” and tell me that in order to get white sauce on my pizza, that I must begin by informing them so? That’s the first insult to my intelligence of the afternoon by Jeremy “the GM.” He said it would take 20 mins to remake my pizza, I chose not to wait and just took the pizza home. Of course, my 8 year old daughter doesn’t want anything to do with the pizza because of the olives... So I call Jeremy and ask him, very politely, if he could remake the pizza the correct way. He says yes. I then ask him to please have the pizza delivered, as I have already driven there once for a pizza that they messed up, he laughed. He laughed out loud and told me no because it was “called in the first time as a carry out.” Insult number 2. I drive back up there only to met with multiple more insults and verbal attacks by Jeremy, “the GM” telling me that I never stated I wanted my pizza this way, and that if I said anything else was said about it, that I wouldn’t be receiving my correct order today... so I walk outside, to assure I don’t say anything and so my children and wife could have some lunch. Wouldn’t you know he follows me outside. He then starts to tell me that “I don’t care about this F’ing job” and that “if I wanted to ‘take it there’ then we could most certainly handle this situation right now like men” (he was referring to a fight! Over pizza! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing so I walked around him and paid no more attention to him. We go back inside, I get my remade pizza, only to find out that it’s been made WRONG AGAIN! It was thick crust! I told him it was wrong, he tells me that I never told him that it was supposed to be thin crust, and that he wasn’t making me another pizza. So I took it and left. He asked me not to come back to “his business.” All because THEY messed my order up. Blamed it straight on me. I’m calling corporate first thing in the morning...

April 2021,. We ordered 3 pizzas today. After having to call because our order was ten minutes late, it took another 25 minutes after a girl told me it was going out the door, we live closer than that, so I'm pretty sure they had missed our order in the first place. None of them were right. There were toppings missing, the crust toppers were missing, one had the cheese just thrown in the middle. After going to a funeral and everyone being bummed and sad we just wanted to cheer everybody up with something special. I called and said my order is wrong, it's missing toppings. The guy replies with, "What's missing?". Unfortunately my husband didn't like his attitude and snapped at him. But, the guy starts telling me he was, ...was, going to correct and replace it but will now only give us a refund, acting like he's doing us a favor by doing that. I know getting an attitude back is in bad form instead of just speaking to the manager, but after a screw up with a clearly ignored ignored and poorly thrown together order, then being talked to like I'm at fault that someone is irritated and frustraited with the whole thing. Management needs to retrain the employees. Because I've worked with the public in retail and that is not how it's done. If you can't handle it, you pass it up the line to someone who can, you don't mouth off just because you're offended, or even had a bad day. Almost an hour and half for an order eta of about 45inutes for delivery. Then call at 10 minutes late to be lied to, followed by the wrong order thrown together to cover their butts, then treated we're the problem. I expected better after never having....

We been customers at this specific Marco's for years! We got two pizza's with Roma/garlic topping on the crust both of them we're so salty it was unbearable to eat but it was late at night and we couldn't get back out with the kids. My husband called and they said they would notate the account and we could come back at a later time. We call approx 4:44 pm on 8/26/18 and a very rude individual who claims his name is Vinny persisted to argue with my husband for 7mins that there was no note in the account even though he could clearly see our order on Friday night. He was condescending and rude. Obviously he had the ability to look at the entire account and see we have never ever complain in all the years we have been there. We will never be back and they will go under if they continue to treat people the way that they are. Take aalook at the reviews from the last few months and take a hint something is not right like it use to be. We weren't asking for anything other than the relacement of what was unedible after being customers for years with never a problem. My kids wouldn't even eat it that's how salty it was. We get Roma/garlic topper single time and it's never ever been like that. I took pictures of how much was in the box and I'll be calling corporate. Who talks to a customer that way and argues with them for seven mins? I'm surprised my husband stayed calm and professional because I was livid. There's way to many pizza establishments in this town to be treated in...
