Well, walked in TB to order for my partner and my nephew walked in with me. He goes to the order pad to order his. I'm 70 and only deal with people. At the counter the three on duty kept telling me there was no way to order at the register. I was adamant that I'm a customer service person. David was sweeping the dining area, he stepped up After a couple minutes of me not wanting to use a device. I told him I only wanted a chicken softshell. He I guess put it in the system and i paid the cashier. David didn't want any happy customer. By the time the order came up, we were all laughing and having a good time. David went above n beyond his scope of work to satisfy a customer. No computer board can do that. I Stopped Going to steak n shake because of no staff, after I tipped the damn order board, they would t deliver food to table anymore. As a disabled person computer boards SUCK! McDonald's is the same way, but THEY ALWAYS take orders at the register My 1st time in a TB in along time. Probably bent last. But David deserves kudos for customer service! Thanks David....
   Read moreThis place only gets one star because i had to give it that in order to review it. The service is horrible and the employees are just as bad. My most recent experience was just tonight. My brother went and ordered me a chicken burrito and a chicken quesadilla and a diet coke with no ice. And they forgot my quesadilla. When my brother said they forgot the cashier had the audacity to get an attitude and demand to see the bag. And she took the bag with her to get the quesadilla. And upon returning home we found out the chick took out the burrito and put in the quesadilla. And they didn't give my brother the drink. And we couldn't go back with the receipt to get the stuff because burrito theif chick coincidentally didn't give it back. I have had several experiences like this from them and i will not be going back. And neither will my brother. And he ate there nearly every day. So good luck c-town rd taco bell. We will be informing all of our friends about this and you will be losing a lot...
   Read moreIt's really a hit or miss situation. My issue is with staff. Oftentimes, you can clearly see through behavior, and physical details, that at least one (often multiple) of the staff is inebriated. When this is the case, there is always at least one detail of my order that gets messed up or left out. Now, that said, when I don't experience anyone intoxicated, there is still an unpleasant demeanor. They wear their dissatisfaction with being there clearly, and sometimes it feels as though they take it out on the customer. Aside from their lack of contentment, and the resentful vibe, I can at least attest that these (apparently sober) employees do get the orders right more often than not. Aside from issues with inebriation and negativity, everything else about this place is just as you should expect of a fast food company. This is why I still opted to give them a higher rating.
