McDonald's — Restaurant in New Baden

I ordered food and a drink from here last night. Thr food was great, the chocolate milk for my daughter was great.

And I ordered my current favorite frappe, the chocolate chip frappe WITHOUT chocolate chips because im not a fan of the crunchy pieces mixed in but I love the combo of the caramel and mocha frappe.

I was then told in a very snotty voice "so you just want a caramel frappe then" and i said no I want the heresheys one with no chocolate chips. I was then informed its not different than a caramel one. When in fact im 100% aware of how its made as I unfortunately get them way too much.

I didn't want to argue, and the attitude on the speaker kinda kept getting more hostile. So I just said ya I'll just get the caramel well someone may want to kindly tell the employee who stepped in when I was placing my order with a different person in the headset -- who was very friendly i might add. We go to this McDonalds every week after my daughters practice because it is on the way home. Most times, they screw something up, but we still tried to give them a chance. Two weeks ago, we went there and they made us wait 17 minutes for our order. With screaming hungry kids in the car, I pulled away and drove home ( to Belleville) only to open the bags and find out that the order was only half there. When I called the store , the manager promised to give me the next order for free and took down my name. I asked if I needed to keep the receipt and he assured me that my name was on the board and I would not need it. YOU CAN GUESS WHAT HAPPENS NEXT .... Tonight, my wife went to get our meal and they said that, without a confirmation number, we have " No leg to stand on" and that there is no name on a board. my wife asked for the regional Managers number and they gave her the number to the store. when she called it, the same damn kid answered.
