Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in New Baltimore

I am giving a 5 star review due to the extraordinary service provided by Cindy on April 7th and April 21st. Also the very cordial and corrective action taken by Cindy due to a recent incident on April 7th. Cindy by far truly provides some of the best customer service I've seen in quite some time. She is very friendly, helpful and consistent. Also a huge thank-you to Nick for handling another situation on April 14th. You both have your customers best interests at heart. Your desire to provide a quality experience and provide a great pizza in spite of challenges shows. I thank-you both.

In all honesty, a one star review would be appropriate for the 7th and the 14th however I'm choosing to give a 5 star review because of the way you both handled each situation. The rest of course will resolve in time. Go Cindy 🫶and Nick kudos...

i got a sub, pizza and cinnamon sticks. the cinnamon sticks where the only thing that looked great. the toppings on the pizza were very skimpy, and the sub was honestly just thrown together and only tasted like only like salami, whe i ordered from other places it tasted soo delicious but this new baltimore one is just LAZY. And the crust on the pizza is so plain. I told my self i would give them one more try so i got a pizza again and it was skimpy AGAIN and the CRUST had NO flavor. yall are known to make pizza so i suggested the boss works with these lazy workers and teaches these people how to make a pizza right and how to cook subs!!! or maybe its time to hire...

Have been going here for years. This is not the first time they lost my order. My husband called and ordered our usual Friday night pizza and when I went to pick it up there was no record of it. Rather than trying to make it right by making my pizza, I waited 15 minutes while they helped other customers and occasionally me. A pizza maker in the back waved her arms around in several directions suggesting I called the wrong number... nope don't think so, it's programmed in both mine and my husband's phones. I ended up walking out without a pizza or even an apology. I gave 3 stars because although I like the pizza their customer service could definitely...
