This woman can cook! The takeout container for the shrimp meal weighed 10 Lbs. I thought at first, 'this has gotta be mostly rice'. Oh no. I opened the container and a shrimp banquet spilled forth like some styrofoam trawl from a shipping vessel. I had to use a garden shovel to eat my my meal the shrimp were so big! Grande people!!! Good thing my mouth and stomach are so big. I don't speak Spanish, but I'm pretty sure Delicous de Anita means cooked in heaven by an angel...
