I am a 40 year old woman and because of an issue since junior high school with a female I hadn't been to Dunkin' donuts cuz my car had been out of order since November and I went in March I hadn't made a complaint and maybe 6 to 8 months about my coffee being made well on 35 Holland avenue because I ordered a latte which I do all the time they told me I ordered an iced coffee I showed them my transactions it was a latte they remade it but now told me I can't go to all 15 locations that are owned by their company without even getting permission by their boss to allow that all because they make my coffee wrong and because I brought back my coffee a couple of times in the past 5 years and made complaints and I spend over $150 a week at Dunkin' donuts with that franchise so Dunkin' donuts isn't for their customers not the employees anyway and they need...

The employee continued to talk on the phone. Finally I raised my voice to get his attention. He continued to talk on the phone then served the customer at the drive up window, Finally after 15 plus mins. Of waiting I was served. Read moreLiterally my favorite Dunkin because I always have a great experience whenever I go there! Workers have always been very friendly and helpful, today was no exception. I ordered through the app and I was told one of the items I ordered was not in stock, which is not their fault, especially around the time of year where many people are having holiday parties. They accommodated me by giving me another item in place of the one they did not have. They even went above and gave me an extra for the inconvenience which they did not have to do! 10/10...
