Went there with my husband for breakfast tacos. It was 11 so they weren't serving breakfast tacos. That was on me lol. Staff were nice. The person behind counter was nicest the lady at the register kinda seemed idk like she didn't wanna be there. But then again how often do people prefer to be at work vs home can't fault her for that. It felt comfortable there.
I had a sausage, 2 brisket tacos and, a coleslaw as well as a half sweet and half unsweet tea. (I've lived in Texas my entire life born and raised. Usually everywhere I go sweetens the heck out of their tea so don't judge me please)
So with the brisket tacos they come with a tortilla. And brisket. That's it. The brisket was dry. Good flavor but dry.

The coleslaw was greasy??? No mayo. Didn't taste like coleslaw. It was closer to a lightly pickled cabbage I guess. It was dry as well. Don't ask me how they managed that but they did. Hands down a bad coleslaw in my opinion.
The sausage was great. No complaints lol
I've never eaten here for lunch before so I had gotten the half and half. Which is where you take the sweet tea and mix it with the unsweetened tea.

I woke up the first day it opened all excited like Christmas to only arrive and my order completely wrong…. I thought ok new hires a lot of training going on no big deal .. but since then they have messed up my order a total of 12 times .. missing fries , no bbq sauce wrong order etc.. but today took the cake it being almost 100 degrees out I wanted a bill millers sweet tea so I said how bad can they mess up my sandwich. Well they did !!! This time I bite into the longest hair ever I almost choked.. they also gave me a spoon to eat coleslaw and no bbq sauce.. I didn’t even wanna call because I knew all they would say is sorry again well sorry don’t work anymore I wish I could get In touch with someone in higher position to tell them how bad this restaurant customer service and attention to detail is lacking … they offered to replace my order again like always but this time I’m done forever … all my coworkers already hate this location because of this and they lost them the first week it opened but me being a bill millers lifer I stuck with them but today is a sad because I will never step foot in the ruekle road bill millers again !!! Read morePulled up to the drive thru, ordered my food, waited 30mintes in line (thought no problem, understandable, it was busy) drove up to the window, paid for my order...waited around 5 minutes before the cashier asked me to pull around to the front of the building and they will take out my order when it is ready... Thought, no problem, it happens (At least I will get fresh food!)
I pull to the front and waited...and waited...and waited... as I watch 6 cars drive off from the drive thru with their orders after 30min I go inside to get a refund (I do not pay for bad customer service) The cashier gets the manager. I tell the Manager I want a refund He does not ask why or what was the problem with just careless attitude he says "Okay".
I get refunded for my order that I did not get that I have waited for over an hour by now...Manager goes to the back to see what happened to my order. Come to find out no one made it... Waited (1 hour) and paid for an order that was not even being made... When Manager found out it was not being made his attitude did change a bit but still made no effort to make it right...
I asked for his supervisors contact info... called and spoke with Mike Martin who said he understood and was very sorry about the whole ordeal and said that he was going to have a training session with that Manager...
