First off I will say this is partly my fault because I didn't pay more attention to the lady making my sub. I ordered a Boss exactly the way it comes on the menu plus bacon. Very specific. I had to tell her numerous times that I wanted it exactly like the menu because she kept asking if I want this or that when all she had to do was turn around and look at the menu to see exactly how it was made. After I got my sub I realized that the bread was completely slathered in marinera sauce. I get that it comes with marinera sauce with the meatballs but the amount that she put on there was ridiculous. The sub fell apart because it was completely soaked. 2/3 of it went into the trash. I asked for a lot of sauce on my sandwich and when I said "perfect thank you" he just kept putting it on until the bottle ran out, then threw the bottle behind him and I repeated that it was enough and he said "no, you said alot" and I had to tell him to stop multiple times before he did. WORST SUBWAY...

This is the only location I have ever experience this at. When I questioned the lead, she said she can let her manager know and that it was supposed to be removed from the menu. Seems to me like a way for the owner to charge double for a sandwich to put some extra change in his/her pocket. I would gladly sit through 5 rounds of stoplights at the Walnut location than ever...
