Normally come here on the weekends and most of my visits are fine. But, the last 3 visits, I've waited at the counter for 5 mins, 4 mins, and 7 mins (each visit was timed) without anyone upfront at all. The last visit, there were several people waiting for orders (understandably since they special ordered their pizzas upon arrival and not called ahead, I asked them while I was waiting for someone to help me) and the back of house was bustling and preparing orders. My only real complaint is that 3 of the employees made eye contact with me and went on with their work so I know that they, at the very least, knew that someone was waiting up front. Could be that they thought I had been helped or that I was being helped, I don't know.. regardless, they should have confirmed that I had been helped or at least sent someone up front to confirm. I almost left, not out of anger but I was already running late (my fault) and I saw that there were pizzas, breadsticks, and cheese sticks ready for consumption but it's not like I could just go behind the counter, grab a pizza pie, leave cash on the counter and leave. But, I also couldn't show up at a friend's house without pizza. I was in the process of calling CiCis when one of the guys came up front and helped me.. looked like he just came off break and looked little unnerved at the 14 people waiting inside. I quickly ordered what I saw they had ready and the guy took a little too long and slow in retrieving 1 Hot n Ready pepperoni pizza and 1 bag of breadsticks. Generally, I don't have any expectations of anyone (humanity, really) in life, which includes food service (I'm a catering manager who has worked in food service industry for past 19 years, so I understand) but I never received an apology for my wait or any acknowledgement of the wait. If I had received an apology (a simple "sorry about the wait") then all would be fine. My point- try to teach the employees to at least apologize (general apology does not imply a specific person fault, its just a common courtesy. If you were late for a friend's party, you would apologize for being late right?). Anyways, the pizza was good and tasted fresh but the breadsticks were tough..not hard but def not soft or even firm. I'll be back of course but maybe next time, things...
Read moreIm a dasher and the employee there was really unprofessional. They didn’t offer for help. I tried talking to them and they kept on going to the back. When I finally was able to get their attention after more than 5 min I let them know I was there for a door dash order. He said it was going to be ready in 4 min. I waited about 10min and asked again. He mentioned it was going to be another 5 min. I waited. Then after those 5 min I asked again and he said it wasn’t ready yet. I let him know that the customer was already upset on the wait for their order. I did explain to the customer that the order wasn’t ready. I asked the employee once again and he just said he will cancel the order. I didn’t want the ordered cancelled. He threatened to cancel the order. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked to speak with the manager and he stated he was the manager. He went to the back with the other employees and was laughing and making jokes about the situation. If that’s the type of professionalism they have with dashers, I can imagine how they are with customers. A customer that ordered there at the store was mentioning to me that he waited 45 min and still hadn’t had his food. I really hope they either get better training or you all just need a new crew. Also it hasn’t been the fist time I had a situation in that same location. The last time we ordered drive thru in that location and the employee was being racist towards us trying to speak Spanish. I did let them know I spoke English because the employee at that time was having a hard time speaking to me in Spanish. He continued to speak in Spanish when I clearly had told him we spoke English but didn’t care. Maybe the CEO has to visit that store and train his employees on how to respect...
Read moreIt’s rare that I write a review, but I need to make this positive experience known.
First of all, I have to say that Aaron's customer service skills are truly exceptional. From the moment I walked into Little Caesars, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. He was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire ordering process, and he even gave me some great recommendations for toppings that I never would have thought of on my own. I was really impressed by how attentive he was to my needs and how he went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my order.
But the customer service wasn't the only thing that was great about my experience at Little Caesars - the pizza was absolutely delicious too! Aaron really knows what he's doing when it comes to making pizza. The crust was perfectly crispy and the cheese was melted just right. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and everything was cooked to perfection. It was one of the best pizzas I've ever had, and I can't wait to go back and try some of the other options on the menu.
What really impressed me about Aaron was how passionate he was about his work. He was happy to talk to me about the different pizzas and toppings. He clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does, and it shows in the quality of the food and the service he provides. I could tell that he enjoys making pizza, and that passion really shined through.
Overall, I would say that Aaron is an outstanding employee at Little Caesars. His customer service skills are second to none, and his passion for cooking is truly inspiring. I can't recommend him or Little Caesars...
