Adinas Pizzeria — Restaurant in New Britain

This establishment charges $2.75 extra for using a credit card. The owner actually had the audacity to tell me, “next time bring cash” and then when I posted about it on his Facebook advertisement post, he began being rude, asking “where’s your receipt”, knowing I didn’t take one, but I was able to post the credit card transaction screenshot, at which point he deleted the entire post.

Clearly this is a business that hides cash transactions from the IRS, so the advertised “specials” on pizza Mon-Wed are only if paid in cash. I understand credit cards charge fees, but it’s pennies on a $10 transaction, not $2.75 AND it’s illegal to charge a customer extra for using a card. Also, will smile at you when you’re buying, but grows a big attitude on social media to the same customer after the fraud was exposed. Think what you may of the food, but with that kind of interaction, I surely...

First time coming in and I immediately saw it really your face and old coach from high school told me he lived in town for many years and have been going here for several years awesome place immediately when I got there I felt comfortable I asked the gentleman if I could use the remote to change the channel because I was with my partner and he said here you go and he encouraged me to change the channel I did so placed my order and I accidentally embarrassingly enough did not have enough to pay for my pizza but the gentleman offered me to not worry about it and made my pizza anyways although I was three dollars shy total Anyways long story short he makes my pizza I get to sit down and watch the channel that I choose and enjoy my pineapple and bacon pizza with my partner happily with my french fries and I have to say everything tasted perfect that experience in new Britain ...

I absolutely love their pizza.. I live around the corner from them and I can say that the quality and the customer service depends on who's there. Most times I'm satisfied but other times like today I feel like I have to speak up for once..I ordered and picked it up ( I thought that was that) when I went to go pay there were two people ahead of me... No problem.. the first lady went to pay and the guy gave her an attitude... Next lady went to pay and he started talking crap and stated that there's another one paying with a card.. so when I went to pay ( with my card) I already felt like crap because I've ruined his day much further.. needless to say... I order food out of convenience, I don't want to feel like I'm Inconvenienceing someone for something that I'm paying for.. as much as I like their pizza I'd rather go somewhere with consistency...
