Tasty Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in New Britain

Let me save everyone's time money and overall experience now this is long been overdue and I only honestly order from them because every time I call any other place they sit here and tell me they don't deliver to my street and they seem to be the only ones that do so I would say I was ordering at least once a month with my wife now when me and her order food it usually is like 28.99-40 ranges it never the same price and never the prices posted, but when we're getting two meals I guess it being a bit higher is to be be expected. That is definitely not a problem when it's two meals but to have it be in ranges and never what's posted is illegal . However today I called at almost 8 o'clock at night. My food was delivered at 9:10, which is way way past the given time they actually gave me, but not just that the food was cold and by the time that he left my home, they were already closed, which means when I went to go and call them back to complain about my food because I have not eaten at all today They were closed so first things first I ordered boneless spareribs and pork fried rice with egg. I open my meal up to these stale skinny scrawny looking boneless spareribs and then I look at the actual rice. The shit looks half white half fried and it's vegetable fried rice so there are huge mounds of mushrooms in this damn rice and I have a major major Goddamn allergy to mushrooms so I was unable to even eat the food so I decided to try to eat the boneless spareribs as I'm pulling spareribs out I'm also pulling huge wads of hair out and it's disgusting and it's unhygienic when you go into this place there's no place for you to sit it's just one table and a fridge of soda But what was more insane was that I not only got a meal that I couldn't even consume they delivered it after they closed and it was cold as hell but I also only did just get that one meal and some sweet-and-sour sauce on the side and somehow my total came out to 2795. I just have no words and then what's even more hilarious as most of them will call you and tell you that they're outside and they don't even deliver it to your door they expect for you to come out to their car And do their job for them pretty much because let's face it when your delivery driver you drive to the location and you deliver the food absolutely not not with this location. They just instantly assume you need to walk to the car so at this point none of their prices ever match the prices that are put up, which is false advertisement and actually is considered a fine in the state of Connecticut. You are supposed to visibly be putting out all of your charges to your customers so if you wanna be overcharged and have wads of hair in your food then this is definitely the place to go now when I call in the morning tomorrow to tell them all of this the chances are they're not going to give me my money back, which is completely absurd fully because of something that I paid for with my hard earned money so I am giving them a one star straight across because if I could give them a no star I would and actually I think that should...

I had to give it 1 star to rate... food was disgusting. Ordered boneless wings, sweet n sour chicken n crab rangoon. Everything tasted like seafood. Breading on the chicken tasted like a corn dog. The crab rangoon had no flavor and way too much wonton wrapper. The sweet n sour sauce was watery. Even got hot oil sauce n it smelled like old oranges. Should of stuck with Cheng’s Kitchen. Don’t wAste your money ordering from here. Theres plenty better places in N.B...
