I'll start with the name, Brick oven pizza. The name brings to mind a wood or coal fired oven. Nope, it's what appears to be a gas fired oven covered with a brick facade. Basically a fake brick oven. Then what really caught my eye when reading the menu was the default condiment for a grinder was mayo. I come from the birthplace of the grinder New London Ct. and olive oil is what's used there. From Google, the big sandwich itself was invented by an Italian shopkeeper named Benedetto Capaldo in New London, but was originally known as a "grinder. To the food. I ordered a small special pizza which is what I usually get from the regular pizza place I go to. Best I can say is it was ok but not anything I'd switch pizza places over. Lastly look at some of the reviews particularly one by someone named Victor Rrapi who gave the place a 5 star review and has been to this brand new place on multiple occasions and claims Brick oven pizza for his family to make a weekly routine for their amazing dishes. Sounds a little to fabricated to me. Read it for yourself. If you look at some of the names of reviewers, their Google profile only shows 1 review and nothing else. Everything I see about this place is phony starting with the Brick oven. Good luck. That was my first...

So we ordered from them again because Peppinos was closed , well after 40 minutes pass delivery time came around I contacted slice as thatās the third party the business prefers for delivery. They apologized and about 20 minutes after we did received our pizza, the driver apologized saying they were short staffed that night. They also gave us a 2littler soda for free, well the pizza was dry as if it had been sitting in the warmer the entire time. After that we took a break from them until today and again Peppinos was closed so we figured we would give them another chance . I ordered a large pizza with sausage & peppers with some wings. When we finally received it , the pizza had pepperoni & sausage. I really donāt like pepperoni , so I reached out with a picture moments after receiving the pizza and all they would give me was $5 off. I just wanted my pizza the correct way. All that to say , that was the last...
