Let me be frank, It's rare for me to consume McDonald's anymore. It's only on rare occasions that I only eat the breakfast for quick emergencies early in the morning but let me say that this establishment's co-worker/cashier Hester was very immaculate, highly amicable, and knows how to illuminate the resturaunt! I'm here writing this very pleased. Her service was rapid, took the time to listen to me, and I had so much in hand that she went out of her way to offer on helping me carry my tray. So rare to find these types in customer service these days and especially around in my young age group. I watched how she interacts with the customers (even one who was unruly). Remains, professional, civil, and multitasks when there was only one register open. Gratitudes for having such a nice person working foir McDonald's and hope she elevates on whatever job/career she transitions into!

We came through the drive through, we paid and than was told to park at stop 1 and than they will bring our food. We waited and got it, I was smart enough to look inside to see if everything was there. First things first, we were missing a 6piece chicken nuggets. As soon as we got home and we were eating, I ordered my burger with no onions and no ketchup. Come to find out they didnât listen and my burger had everything on it. I managed to scrape the ketchup and onions off, because I was hungry. No way I was gonna throw it out. Meanwhile Iâm already upset with the service already. There are busy hospitals and clubs nearby that many of us work at. We can only take break at certain times! Even when I go to order on mobile order way ahead of them going into manual âcash onlyâ mode, they still donât make my food and furthermore wonât honor my mobile order forcing me to cancel it altogether! I do not have time to mosey around and find other places to quickly grab food! Itâs 2023 for Peteâs sake! Not all of us carry cash at hand!
