TERRIBLE SERVICE. I had gotten into an accident, called to cancel my order & the lady tells me it hasn’t been made so it was fine. I called today to make a order and the girl who a answered the phone gave me a nasty attitude, gave me a whole lecture as to why am I ordering again, it was not necessary for me to cancel my order, she shouldn’t be taking my order again and if so, was I really going to show up this time. I asked for the manager she said he wasn’t there, I come in and magically he appeared “Mateo” or “Matias” he then said I should’ve called which I did, I could’ve been a negligent customer and not called at all. He then proceeded to tell me I can go elsewhere if I didn’t like what she told me. Obviously this is absurd and I’m 100% sure he’s not the manager. I asked for the owner he said he couldn’t provide that info, gave my info on a piece of paper- doubt he’ll give it to her. If you’re the OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS PLEASE CONTACT ME! This place has horrible staff! Rude & not but not least unprofessional. Don’t come eat here again, they’ve sent me wrong orders before but that’s okay right? (WAITRESS/HOST COMPLAINT) Great food, great prices! Recently they hired a “host/waitress” but unfortunately she lacks experience and seems to not know the job. She isn’t friendly what so ever. Doesn’t welcome the guest in and asks if they are eating in our taking out which becomes confusing. Today I went in with my boyfriend I placed the order with the cashier he stated she would bring us over our food and just take a seat. Which she did but didn’t supply us with napkins or utensils, didn’t ask us if we wanted a drink either: I personally got up myself in the middle of eating my meal to get napkins since they weren’t provided to us. The previous time we came, we had the same experience. I asked her for hot sauce she completely forgot and I had to get up myself to ask for it after waiting like 10-15 mins. This place is good, but ever since this change happened it has been a lack of customer service. Big woman at the counter is definitely a racist. Her attitude is horrible for no reason? But when I send my Hispanic friends in they never have a problem with her. Never giving this business another dollar of my money until she’s fired. She’s way too horrible to many of the non Hispanic customers and nothing is ever done about it. Many of the places around in New Brunswick serve the same cuisine so I will not be missing out on anything from this place, especially since the quality of the food has gone down anyway.
