Mozzarella Italian & Mexican Cucina — Restaurant in New Brunswick

The chicken club wrap was very dry and had no mayo As indicated in the ingredients. The food was made OK on a low end. I called to complain about the wrap and asked for the manager. I was told the manager was not going to come back until tomorrow and it was only 6:45 PM. for the prices they Charge, you would think they would have management in their establishment to oversee their restaurant. The girl on the phone was so rude to me and assisted that there was mayo on the wrap even Open it up to check it thoroughly! It was my first and last time eating there and I would suggest anybody find somewhere else to eat because the food really don’t look like the photos! Double thumbs down for me! I placed an order through Door dash and the restaurant didn't put my chicken franchese in the bag. When I called to inform them first they acknowledged they forgot it and told me I could come pick it up. I told the girl who I was speaking with that wasn't an option. I ordered for delivery for a reason, plus I paid for delivery and tipped the driver. Then she puts me on hold and comes back and tells me I received my full order. I was completely pissed because that was a lie. They refused to correct the problem. I had to call door dash to help me get a resolution. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. THEY DONT CARE AT ALL. I had to change this review to a 1 star. They don’t listen to you when you order. Got a sandwich Covered in mayonnaise and jalepenos when I specifically asked for salt pepper ketchup. When I called he promptly told me “there is ketchup in the bag”. No apology, no refund no offer to make it right next time. Told him I have an allergen and can’t eat mayonnaise and that I had just wasted my money to which nothing was done or said.
