El Rinconcito Mexicano — Restaurant in New Brunswick

This restaurant has had excellent food every time I have been here. All of their prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity you get with their food. For sit down, they have a great complimentary salsa and chip appetizer. For take-out, food is prepared quickly and the presentation in the take-out boxes is maintained. My personal favorite from here are the Flautas (4 in an order) of which I especially enjoy the Chorizo variety. Their menu is extensive, so you are bound to find something that you will enjoy. Additionally, they have breakfast and weekend specials, the latter of which seems to be difficult to find in New Brunswick. They also have a good variety of beverages which are all reasonably priced as well. If you go with some friends, it's nice to order a variety of entrees and to split them up since most of their dishes have multiple items in an order so it's great to try a bunch! The only thing that I dislike is that there is no "tap water" offered, but New Brunswick water tastes like garbage so it's reasonable. Plus, their bottled water is not overpriced. I have mixed feelings about this place. Got tacos. It was like 12$ for 3 which is expensive. Then I got them home. They are bigger then most places. Homemade corn tortillas. The flavor of the meat was amazing, tender. Juicy. Marinaded. So then I was like ok it's definitely worth the price. Could be a Lil less fatty though but that's a personal issue. I can't stand any type of fat or flubber on my food at all I'm borderline neurotic. So to sum it up. Kinda expensive. But probably the tastiest tacos I've had from new Brunswick...

I stopped in first thing in the morning, they had just opened. I work midnite shift so I was looking for dinner, ordered a bunch of Tamales, beans & rice with both red & green sauce on the side. I ordered extra so my family can have some.They cooked everything fresh. When I got home (1 hour drive) it was still hot and tasted so good! When the evening came & I got up for work my family ate some plus there was still enough for my lunch that I will eat at 2 am!
