I called and ordered sweet sour chicken with white rice.and order of crab Rangoon.the lady who took my order over phone had a bad tone of voice and somewhat rude.when I went in the pick up my order place was very trash looking and unorganized.when I got home to eat my food the rice was the only thing editable,the crab Rangoon and chicken was burnt to a crisp hard as a brick was like trying the chew hard candy I called and told them about my food and they told me the only way they would replace my money or food is if I bring the whole order of food back anytime I want I told them i live 30 min and not bring back tonight and I definitely not taking space of in my refrigerator for burn nasty food until I have time to come back then she got really nasty with me I'll never come back to this place again very Unprofessional And I'm very disappointed well for one your comparison to ordering food thsts burnt and not editable to buying cloths at a store is nonsense stores can resel cloths when you bring them back you cannot resell burnt 1 month old returned food that's just out right funny and I never complain about my food until now hung lung in Springfield has you guys beat 10 times over just znd FYI if you want to keep your customers happy and you mess up there food it's 101 owning a business replace there order no matter what you guys won't be in business much longer treating your customers the way you are now I promise you that good luck and actually by law your not aloud to take back food orders due to cross contamination for covid 19 which by the way...

Food, like this crab Ragon is burned to a crisp, will they replace? No, they blame it on china sending them burnt food, they yell at you, like your trying to rip them off, will they replace? No, the woman is mean, very rude, the place is alway dirty. Ya, order at your own risk.

Aug. 19. 20221. Just went there today to order some food, the woman was very rude, even to the point of hostel, she told me "quote: We no sever you. I said what? We no cooking for you anymore, you not welcome!, i said why?, you no like our food, i said, i only complained about the burnt Crab Ragon, she said, you leave, no come here anymore, it was embarrassing and humiliating, i went out, took a picture of there store front, she came out and walked around my vehicle taking pictures. See pics. Now i feel threatened, why would she take pics of my vehicle, and my license number, there business is on the website. The only thing i did was complain about the burnt Ragon, 1st time, i didn't say anything, the 2nd time...

Two stars only because I’ve had decent experiences here in the past — but the last few visits have been nothing short of terrible. The service has gone completely downhill. The waiting area floor is filthy. Over the past 2–3 visits, I’ve encountered rude behavior, poor communication, and an overall lack of professionalism. Most recently, I called in an order and was hung up on mid-call. When I called back, the person who answered was dismissive and impolite. To top it off, when I arrived to pick up the order, it was completely wrong. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they blamed me for it and refused to make what I actually ordered.
