Longshots Bar and Grill — Restaurant in New Carlisle

Myself & another person stopped here Long Shots Bar & grille New Carlisle Indiana passing through on our motorcycles to grab a bite to eat Saturday asked for separate bills. Got done eating he took our credit cards to pay for the food I again said separate bills. The next day I checked my account he billed both meals to my credit card with tips and billed the tips again separately I called next day he said Ah man let me look at it I’ll take care of it he never did he called left me a message I called right back sent him a picture of my account called him back again he said he’d look at again and call me back but he was too busy golfing I have still not heard back from him to get this straightened out & credit my card for the food & & extra tips he charged me . This place is a fraud watch this place on how they charge you I will not be back. All’s I want is my card credited back for the proper amount he can not even have the courtesy to do that desperate for money to pay for his golfing. Very Very Poor Business! Watch it if your out of town.Obviously you are desperate for money you ask someone else to make up for your mistake Roger I still haven’t seen the money you charged on my card you had no right to do then you leave me a nasty message stating to come pick up a check from you. What kind of business person are you to over charge on someone’s card then make excuses I call you back your out golfing and say oh yea oh yea I’ll take a look at it then the nasty message to come pick up a check Hmmmmm I stop there I’m from out of town you want me to drive all the way back there to pick up a check ?? You need to learn how to run a business Roger . I still have not to this day seen the credit on my card. You expect someone else that don’t ever see very often to take care of your screw up. Again where is the credit for your over charge on my bank account ? People watch your bank account doing business here over charging I was charged a total $ 36.14 for a Tenderloin, French fries Pepsi. Roger would rather give you a run around keep/ take your money than simply credit your card account then he gets angry about it what kind of a business...

Could be a great place but service is horrible! If you're not a regular they don't care. Pasta was ok but not for $20! Got the taco, $7.95 but only 1 small taco! The "authentic" japanese ramen tasted like instant noodles! And it cost us $14! Better off going to black cat or Kate O'Conner's...already prices are normal for the food and they stay true to their theme not trying to be japanese, Mexican, american and Italian! Eli was cute though. I bet he's a cuddle bear! Our gay pride salute to you my fine steed! But we won't be back. Hope to see Eli at the jackhammer in boys...

I've eaten here several times because I like supporting local establishments. The food is generally good. I enjoyed the hotshot burger and the curds and jalapeño for an app are tasty. However the service is terrible. The owners son seems like he'd rather hang out with his buddies instead of run a business.
