Ernestos Taqueria — Restaurant in New Castle

⁷/¹⁵/²⁴ I tried a peach margarita, the fresh guacamole, a steak chorizo, a chicken chorizo, a pork, a brisket, and a shrimp taco. I finished with the flan. (Judge another day! I went to eat, drink, and be merry! 😂) This place did not disappoint, and we are sad it's an hour away from us! This is the best Mexican food I have ever had, and I am wondering how the tiny town of New Castle got so lucky to score this joint! The ingredients are all great quality and fresh (I was very pleased with the fresh pineapple in the pork taco!) The peach margarita was amazing, as well. The flan was good, and that whipped cream on the side tasted home made! It is hard to choose a favorite! For me, it's a toss-up between the pork and the brisket tacos! My bf said it was the best lengua taco he has had. Our least favorite was the shrimp taco, but it's still good. My bf and I both give this place...

Ernesto’s Taqueria completely deserves all 5 stars! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional—friendly, fast, and you could tell the staff genuinely cared about the experience we were having.

The food? Absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and clearly made with love. You can taste the difference when people take pride in what they serve—and Ernesto’s nailed it.

The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. You don’t always find that perfect combo of great food and great service, but this place has it.

I like the food the only thing is when I pay for the chips and queso it is a very small little cup of queso to go with the chips. I am very disappointed with this as I go anywhere else I get a bigger portion of queso and don't pay for that with my meal and I accept paying for it because that is usually all I eat and get very little of the queso like a small ice cream scoop cup. I will have to quit going unless they up the amount if...
