I had never heard of Frankies, as I don’t get to New Hope much. My friend said he heard they had good deep dish and Chicago style pizza and was going, so I decided to tag along. The Chicago style pizza I had was delicious. Wonderful. We called ahead to get it started as the big pies take like 45 minutes to cook. LOTS of cheese. A nice baked crust. Frankies is on the inside corner of an L-shaped strip mall. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Inside, there is counter ordering, plenty of seating, and bar seating. Plenty of TV’s. One thing that made Frankies unique, to me as I’ve never seen it before, is that they sell pizza by the slice, including the deep dish and Chicago style pizzas. If you want a quick meal, and are craving Chicago style, drop in and see what Frankies has already ready. Deep dish without the wait? Unheard of. I ordered a large pie. It was WAY too much for me to eat in one meal. I only ate 3 slices of the 8 and had to get a box. That RARELY happens. The food is delicious. The sauce is good. The crust was perfect for me. I’ll be back sooner than later. I really enjoyed it. Thanks for the great meal!

We ordered a 14" Chicago Stuffed Crust pizza (The Monster) and a 12" Deep Dish pan pizza (Chipotle BBQ chicken) for 9 people. They were both amazing and delicious! The cheese pull is fantastic and they were VERY generous with their ingredients. Very affordable as well - It was worth way more than what we paid. The stuffed crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and the tomato sauce complemented all the toppings that were inside the pizza. The Chipotle BBQ chicken had a mildly sweet and tangy BBQ sauce that shined through the chicken and other toppings. 10/10 would come back! I also saw that they also sell single slices of pizza which would be perfect if you're just craving pizza or for a date night. We also loved the staff! They are the nicest people you can ever meet. Thank you for being so kind and patient with us! And for accommodating our large group with such short notice.

This is neighborhood tavern in a strip mall, so there is ample parking. Service was excellent, and likewise the pizza. We went with an extra large (16") Monster, substituting jalapenos for mushrooms. The house made crust was a little thicker than the usual thin crusts, which is a positive because the slices remained firm throughout the meal. No mushy pizza here. At $23.99, we would consider this a bargain. We also ordered onion rings, fries, and a Chicago dog. The latter was a bit disappointing, the casing on the wiener being so tough that I needed a knife to cut through it. Eating a Chicago dog with a knife and fork took away from the experience. Add in a couple of beers and a soft drink, and the meal before tip came to $63.16. Lots of leftover pizza made this a good buy.

Well first things first, Frankie's Pizzeria told my residents they do not deliver to our nursing home anymore, Because we don't Tip the Drivers, an made everything about a dollar without even thinking twice about the location. I work at a nursing home! These gentlemen at my place of work are Low Income to No Income at all. An family want to treat them! They said "no we do not go there anymore! Because yous low ball an play games with the drivers an there tips!" I mean geez I seen a 2$ dollar tip every time. An they tried to add in "we got short changed over there all the time on orders!" Like any delivery service fast food joint is gonna let a couple bucks slide on a order. We all know in America it's Pay or starve! You would never leave there short changed nor would the driver!... It would come out of someone's pocket an we all know who! Not the establishment.... So yeah they refuse orders if you don't tip! Which is sad because I work at the only All Male facility in the state of Minnesota. They're recovering addicts who happen to land a sweet place to come back down to the real world. It's so sad that this is today's America. So we started ordering from Sarpinos an Chanticleer Pizzeria. They deliver an always deliver tip or not. So Frankie's please take this review in good taste an see what you're doing to men who have no where to go or money to enjoy America's pleasures an leisures, an a good quite a bit of them are veterans!.... Not standing in Good tastes with me. I felt so embarrassed on the speaker phone for my resident that wanted pizza, an they make it all about money. His face dropped so quick hearing that I had to take it off speaker phone. An reassure him they weren't talking about him. But as the facility as a whole. :( but hey! American Dream rather than paying a good wage we have to Tip or we are...

Today, 1/21/2018.

Really horrible experience within minutes of walking in. Our server barely greeted us. When she did, she stated she would be over with menus. She went back to a table across from us and asked if their food was okay and walked right past us, and didn't come back. My boyfriend went to the bar to get us drinks. After he returned the server walked by and tossed menus on our table and walked away. He went and complained to the bartender Amber. He said Amber said, sorry its a busy night and this isn't her normal behavior. My mind was made up already immediately after she tossed the menus anyways. Soon after, Amber approached us and stated that she was sorry, I explained to her how i knew the server from a previous restaurant where she was fine and this didn't seem like it was appropriate for her current behavior. No matter what her attitude still needs to be appropriate for work. Amber then stated that I should just pay the tab and be done with it. I asked why she made that statement because I hadn't done anything wrong, and what would give her the impression that I wouldn't pay my bill? She apologized and stated she shouldn't have said that, I explained to her that I have no problem being the adult that I am and walk over to pay my tab. We only ordered 2 beers, which I refused to drink. Amber came back after we were talking to another manager and asked that i pay my bill and leave. We were still talking to the other manager. I didn't even have my coat on. So I didn't understand why the rush now. Amber walked me over to the counter and I paid my total which was $6. I will not return to this establishment. Like I told the man (manager), I don't feel safe or comfortable sitting and drinking the beer. I left...

My first and last time ordering from this place! I placed an order through their website, selected delivery which they stated would be a $1 and some change which is fine. I received my order, french fries were cold and soggy , the juicy lucy burger seemed like it was made with an artificial cheese spread. That wasn't even my complaint. My husband ordered there half rack of bby back ribs 1/4 chicken piece dinner which stated it came with 2 sides for $19.00 fine. However he received NO sides what looked like ribs and a tiny chicken leg peice. We called to let them know the order was missing items, we were told 1st they didn't get an order for sides * its a dinner plate right*? Not a meat order anyhow i tell them i have email confirmation that specifies DINNER PLATE the menu states it comes with 2 sides. Then the rude employee states well contact Chow Now. I ask who is chow now? Apparently I ordered through a 3rd party had NO idea, this is how c.c get compromised!! Such a bad way to do business most restaurants clearly state place your order thru doordash, grubhub etc. Not this place your c.c info is just handed over to a 3rd party! Conclusion chow now states since i placed my order directly through Frankies they didnt recieve any part of money from Frankies so they cant refund me or credit me. So it's the finger pointing game at this moment! First order last order I wouldnt even go there cold food yes its minnesota but i literally live less than 1/2 mile away.. wish i could gave no stars but had to select...
