Jimmy John's — Restaurant in New Hope

I order from this location quite a bit, I’ve had so many mis Haps through drive through I always check my order before I leave, missing sides, missing desserts, missing Mayo, I’ve missed getting a beverage with the combo, I don’t think the employees even read the order slip let alone “check the bag” before you hand it off to someone with half the items ordered. Tonight I ordered pick up through the drive through and the app, asked for Mayo packets they were out, asked for forks for my pasta, got home, no meat on my sandwich that was supposed to be “double meat” per the menu. ZERO meat, I also think it was odd the sandwich was cut in half though the paper and sticker and then re wrapped in another paper. I called they did allow one of my solutions either Re make it and deliver or credit back my card. They re made it and delivered with in 30 min. I had my little dog locked away in my room for the exchange but they asked for the “no meat” sandwiches back, I said ok, my dog for loose had to chase him around the building In my pjs that I would never leave the house in, it was embarrassing and horrible experience. I will literally order from other locations out of this town to get better service. It seems like teenage stoners that don’t care at all. came back to edit, April 24th we tried to get drive thru 8 min til closing for one sandwich, a car was behind us as well in drive thru, no one responded and the delivery driver was sitting chilling in his car on his phone, when he saw people pull up he went inside so I thought we were getting helped, I left after 9pm and there were at least 3 crew members in the store...

If you come to this location, there are a few things you need to be aware of.

Bank at least 10 minutes per car ahead of you in the drive through. I'm not sure what causes the service to be so slow here, but as long as they are crafting your sandwich for a half hour, make sure you bring something to do.

Check your order! I've been asked three times what chips I want, only to get something else. I asked for a Mellow Yellow, and got Lemonade. I asked for a Giant sandwich (thinking irresponsibly that it might get done faster than ordering two sandwiches) and even though the drive through was extra slow that day, and I repeated my order clearly when asked what I wanted three times, I still got a single 8 inch sandwich, but at least I got my two bags of chips I asked for.

When you get what you ask for, the food here is good. That said, I haven't gotten a correct order in the last three times I've been here, and I think it's time to stop being optimistic when I want a sandwich. Going to the grocery store, getting ingredients, and making the sandwich at home LITERALLY takes less time than the drive-thru here, and you're much more likely to actually get...

There's a bunch of teenage kids that work here on the weekend. I pulled up to the drive thru window, one of the kids was taking out the garbage. He walked back into the kitchen, didn't wash his hands and used the same gloves to start making a sandwich.

On top of that, the young lady that was making my sandwich she kept scratching her head, adjusting her black jeans with the same gloves that she's making my sandwich with. I yell through the window excuse me? You're making my sandwich and you're scratching your head and adjusting your pants with the same gloves? She looked at me and said well, I can make a new one. I said how about no! How about you wash your hands use clean gloves and don't adjust yourself as you're making someone's food. I pulled off.

There's better Jimmy John locations out there do not use this one just because it has a drive-thru window. These kids are gross, they do not wash their hands and they use the same disgusting gloves to make...
