I got FOOD POISON at this restaurant! I was brought to the hospital because I was already vomiting bile. I wasn’t able to eat anything for two days after that food poisoning. I can’t swallow anything, I get stomach aches when I force myself to have something to eat.. The worst experience ever! Paying for your food that made you SICK! Cancelled all your plans.. When I tried to make them take the responsibility for my bills, it’s hard to get a hold with somebody that speaks English until somebody called back, the person named Karen is literally sounds like “KAREN” — She never sound apologetic or at least sympathetic after knowing I got sick from their restaurant and even putting the blame on me because there was a warning on the menu how they make the food? I Have been eating that kind food for a long time in different restaurants and this is the VERY FIRST time I got FOOD POISON with that food.. I hope she would experience what I experienced for her to understand how it feel like throwing up for 9 hours, hugging the bucket and having diarrhea and nausea at the same time and not able to sleep, maybe she will be a better person after then.. She doesn’t know how to listen and have no consideration for other people.. Just BE CAREFUL because if these people don’t even care about the someone who got sick from their restaurant, who would they care.. All they care is MONEY! I paid for the hospital and the food I ate which is unreasonable price for the quality and made me SICK at the same time!
I wish there is NEGATIVE...
Read moreSurrounded by a plethora of uninspiring corporate chain restaurants at this intersection, Los Sanchez is nearly unnoticeable. It's not part of a strip and doesn't have huge windows or lights to give insight to what's happening inside. But step through the door of this one of a kind spot and find yourself transported directly from Crystal into a seaside local restaurant somewhere in Mexico. Want to find out where the locals go? This is definitely one of those places.
The Berria tacos were amazing, as was the queso, the mojitos and the octopus. My kids eat black bean quesadillas nearly every day, at home and at plenty of restaurants. These were a clear step above the pack....my 3 year old chowed into the Quesadilla and rice with a giant smile and afterwards laid down on the bench with a happy sigh because she was so stuffed. The soup that came out with the birria tacos was incredible. We enjoyed a couple tequila shots from the walking tequila cart. And the dj and Mexican folk karaoke was an unexpected treat. Service was great, prompt, and multiple people stopped by to check in or whisk away some plates throughout.
Can't believe we drove by so many times before stopping. Will...
Read moreFood was pretty good, but service was pretty bad. I get the fact that nowadays most restaurants are understaffed, so I am more forgiving on long wait times. However, some of our food came out missing some key ingredients (ingredients that were even listed on their menu), one seafood dish was missing a key part of the dish and the reason we ordered it in the first place, and when we brought this to the attention of staff they mentioned it was because they had ran out (which happens, but this is something you communicate before you serve the dish, not something you ignore and hope people won't notice). We also ordered our second bucket of beers early on in the meal, and after reminding our waiter numerous times that we were still waiting for them, they only came out once we were about to leave (this is after finishing our meals, waiting, and just talking for a while trying to pass the time) and the waiter said we would have to pay for them or else they would come out of his check. I felt bad for the young waiter. As I mentioned, the food tasted good, but the overall experience was...
