GameStop — Local services in Crystal

I have left several reviews for Gamestop employees because of my extremely positive experiences. Crystal Gamestop's crew has got to be close to the best yet. Emma, Andrew and Jon were so friendly and easy to work with that I knew it was time again to sing praise and let others know about how much I appreciate these folks. I moved to the area recently and hadn't been to this location quite yet. But now that I know just how helpful and kind these folks are I will definitely be coming back. Im so sure of this that I renewed my membership which had expired last December.

Friendly, educated staff and a nice selection. Besides Nintendo, PlayStation, and Xbox games from multiple generation consoles, they also carry console accessories. There's also some fun merchandise like Japanese, anime, and game character socks, hats, graphic t-shirts, keychains etc. Lots of fun gift ideas and there's a nice rotation of clearance items. They also carry a good variety of Funko Pop, more than I've seen in big box stores.

Accessibility: there isn't a button for the door but the door seems wide enough for manual and power chairs as well as the aisles and shelf spacing. Normally I would never do this but since this the third time it’s happened, this store gets a one star. I pre ordered a game approximately 6 months in advanced. I paid for it fully so it’s supposed to be mine. Game comes out, I’m supposed to get a phone call telling me that the game I ordered is in. I receive no phone call. Since it’s two days past, policy I didn’t know about, says game, that I ordered and paid for fully, is released, and apparently no longer mine.
