McDonald's — Restaurant in New London Township

The employees and some managers are completely incompetent. It's Mcdonalds so we are all aware of this anyways. Today I gave my husband a 10$ bill to get a 1.00 coffee. They gave him no change and he didn't realize it until he got home. We have been up there and called, I'm not pressed for 9 dollars, but them trying to deny that my husband gave them a 10$ bill and lying about it is ridiculous. They said it had to be a dollar because the camera showed the kid putting it in the dollar slot. What about the next transaction when the kid realized there was a 10 in the 1 slot and put it in his pocket or god knows what because he only rang it up as a dollar. Its just absolutely ridiculous we have nothing but problems with this Mcdonalds getting our orders wrong, not giving back the right change, not giving back change at all. You get what you pay for. I rate this place .0 out of 10. Save yourself the time and hassle and go to Norwalk or any other Mcdonalds if you absolutely have to have it. Save your arteries and go to Subway. The service was very slow, even though we were the only customers in the restaurant, and the cashier wasn't overly friendly to say the least. We ordered cheeseburger 2 Happy Meals, 1 regular cheeseburger meal, and 2 Quarter Pounder meals. Nothing too crazy. It took a long time to get our food, a drink was missing for one of the kids meals, and the food wasn't fresh. When I went to the register to get the missing drink I was ignored by everyone working for at least 6 minutes, or longer. They gave me the apple juice and that was that. We came up to stay at the Yogi Bear Campground and we stopped in and ate at the McDonald's. The hamburgers were the biggest juiciest best tasting hamburgers I've eaten in The Last 5 Years. we got a coupon for buy a quarter pounder get a quarter pounder free with that visit so we went back again and they were just as hot and fresh and delicious is they were the first time. we went back three more times during our week there which is unheard of for me and McDonald's.
