Placitas Pizza Co — Restaurant in New Mexico

Only having a few restaurants in Placitas , you would expect for them to provide quality food. Their pizza is OK but the last time I went in, I was suggested to order a steak sandwich because it was supposedly amazing. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after getting sick from the lack of food quality I had to leave a review. Anyone who knows how to make a good sandwich knows not to put huge chunks of steak you can’t chew through full of fat and gristle. I’m not exaggerating when you pick up the hard bread that cuts your mouth the huge pieces of steak fall out everywhere. This was the worst sandwich I’ve ever ate in my entire life. You shouldn’t even call it a sandwich because of how bad the chunks of steak are the bread was over toasted and the steak was almost freezing cold. I’d highly suggest re-creating the menu and preparing better...

This was my first-time visit & the green chile on the 14" Medium Viaggio A Taos (Trip To Taos) was NM hot & tasty! Your 3 man Team extended friendly customer service, very reasonable wait time considering you were slammed & the added sprinkling of parsley on top as my pizza was boxed was a plus. Add the option of parm &/or chile flakes & a wee bit more browned bottom crust & it'd be flawless. I now have a new pizza...
