Louisiana Pride Seafood — Restaurant in New Orleans

I've ate from here many times and have bought usually the same food. I get either fried chicken wing plate or philly cheese steak. Today I ate the philly cheese steak for lunch about 10:30am. This is my lunch break so I have decided to get this meal for my lunch. This is the first time I have have an upset stomach after eating here. I'm not sure if it wasn't fully cooked or someone didn't have clean hands while preparing or what. I have an upset stomach and went through my day feeling sick while working. I dealt with the pain until I got home at 6pm and soon enough I threw up that food. It had me sweating all over. I am very concerned and want to send this message to the owner of the store to bring it to their attention. So they can investigate this matter. I am not trying to bad mouth this company or turn away others from this business. I just want to let it be known in case this happens to me again or anyone else. Also, if it gets worse for me they can have evidence of the matter. Like I've said this is my first problem with...

Today is December 2nd 2022. I saw a lot of people there so I went in and the place is not very cleanly. I ended up ordering Roast beef with gravysandwich Dressed with no pickles.

I got home and opened up my sandwich and it had pickles everywhere and no tomato. And there was very little gravy on the bread was horribly stale. I called them on the telephone and they told me to bring my sandwich back and I could get a refund or they could remake it. I let them remake it thinking it would be better. The sandwich was horrible. I only ate a few bites of an almost $12 sandwich. There was hardly no Tomato on there, Hardly no gravy, It taste like something was just warmed in a microwave and not freshly cooked, And the bread was again stale.

Code enforcement needs to go there because their building is not clean either. I should have never ordered from there in the 1st place. Lesson learned. DO NOT eat from this place...I will NEVER GO BACK...

I attempted to place a phone order and encountered one of the most rude staff member who sounded as if she was being bothered. I informed her that since visiting this place many times, I have never encountered such an arrogant and nonchalant staff as I did on today. She abruptly hung up the phone not knowing I live a short distance. I drove there and spoke to the man , name unknown who always is very nice and professional regarding my complaint. Not much empathy was shown,. I will not recommend this place to any one due to terrible customer service!...
