Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New Orleans

Don't order from this place. I placed an online order with a coupon for a large 2 topping pizza, 6 wings,6 jalapeno poppers. They sent me a large cheese pizza. They told me that they couldn't do anything about an online order that didn't come across correct. They also wanted me to pay half the price for a pepperoni and sausage pizza that I had originally ordered. This place is a rip off and they care nothing about customer satisfaction. I will be contacting the corporate office and the better business Bureau. I wonder how many other customers they rip off like this. During this time with people out of work and an uncertain future with the CORVID 19, who can afford to get a $30 meal that they can't eat! I would also like to add that the delivery guy lied and stated he had put in gate code and the gate was not working. I told him that I had been looking out my window and watched him pull up and he never got out of his car to attempt to enter gate code, but they always...

If this location is open, which I have very little evidence to believe it is, then it's the worst pizza store ever. I haven't seen people in there so I assumed it wasn't, but last night I saw a man walking back from here carrying what looked like a pizza. They have absolutely never answered their phone. I live a block away, but I refuse to walk over there if they won't even answer their phone. What sort of pizza store does not answer their phone?

Update: I've since gotten better service from this place, and the pizza was good, so I'm upping my rating. I'll update it to an even better rating when I go again and the experience remains good. Before I ordered a pizza last night I read past reviews and was very reluctant to order but did anyway! Upon ordering I felt it was pretty shady that this location tacks on a 3 dollar delivery fee, but maybe that’s away the driver does not get stiffed for a tip! Upon arrival I gave the driver an additional 2 bucks and I stated to her that the two bucks was on top of the delivery fee which her reply was no is not part of her tip! With that response really ticked me off because the delivery person is getting shafted! And low and behold the pizza was delivered over 45 minutes and warm! Now I did order at 5 o’clock and bad weather so they get a pass on that but not on shafting the delivery people! No more papa...
