Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Port Richey

I enjoyed everything the young lady who took my order, made me laughed she tools me that I didn't sound like a senior citizen a she could tell usually. I responded with of course I have my drivers license, if you want to check but you Certainly made a bad week into a wonderful day for me!!!! When I approached the window for pickup the younger girl serving me, must have been new I did know how to do the app correctly, I asked her and she had No Clue either..But while she was collecting my order the voice from behind came running over to take a quick peak at me! She said you don't look like a senior Citizen either.. I really started to smile 😃 I said well I am and Im truly in awh of your comments.. The young girl collecting my things. Said aren't you going to get in trouble, in which she replied there isn't anyone at my window...As she was getting ready to run back to her window, she peeked back @ me and said im usually right with my instincts, and really no we don't want to check your license. But I still think you got us.. To All Dunkin Donuts Stores Out There ... I'm sure that you have been fooled in the past but I'm on SSDI.. I am 60yrs Old. My Birthday is : 03/16/1960.. And I know she was doing her Job... But she did it in such a happy bubbly way... That.. I truly had to smile 😃 and Laugh... IT TRULY MADE THE ENTIRE BEGINNING OF A BAD WEEK! AND THEY END OF THE WEEK ACTUALLY PERFECT... SO YOU KNOW WHO YOU TWO GIRLS ARE AT THIS LOCATION.. ALSO WITH THE HOPED NO ONE GET IN ANY TROUBLE.. YOU TWO YOUNG LADIES... I literally just came through the drive-thru at about 5:10 this morning. I haven't even taken a drink of this. I knew it felt lite when I was grabbing it but I just wanted to get home. I took the lid off and almost a quarter of it is missing...

The only reason why I'm leaving this review is because I paid $4.16 for 2/3 a cup of coffee??? What??? They can't even use the excuse that they were busy. I was the only car in the drive through when they were handing me my order and the inside Lobby isn't even open..... This is straight-up just not caring. Like, they just didn't care to do their job. THE JOB THEY GET PAID TO DO! I paid with cash. Exact cash. I was not handed a receipt either....

I come through the drive-thru at least twice a week and at least one of those times there is something wrong with my order. The only reason why we continue to come is because it is the closest to our house and on the way to our child's School. I've tried Bruce Brothers coffee and it's actually pretty good. It's about the same price too. Pretty sure we're just going to start taking our business there. I can guarantee you they would never hand any of their customers 2/3 of a cup of coffee......

I understand this location is Under New Management. If the new owners don't get this under control, this entire establishment is just going to go out of business.

PSA: You can't treat your customers like trash and expect them to keep...

I absolutely hate this location. But it's the closest to my house and on my way to school. Every single employee is rude and picks and chooses when they want to make my coffee the right way. I've asked for the same coffee everytime. Sometimes they say they can add creamer. Other times like this morning they tell me it's AGAINST CORPORATE POLOCY to add creamer to my coffee.... how in the heck is that true? I have to ask for them to put 8 creamers in my bag and even that doesn't get done right leaving me to have to park my car after waiting in drive through line for 20 mins to come in the store to get freaking creamer for my coffee! Just to be treated with attitude and disrespect by the apparent manager who stares right through you as if she's high as a kite and doesn't take her job seriously at all when you're talking to her she rolls her eyes. The same group of what seems like teens working there are absolutely horrendous and literally started yelling at me through the drive through window cursing in front of a store full of customers? FOR CREAMER MIGHT I ADD. I'm always so polite too with my "yes ma'am & no ma'am" cus my whole family works food service. This place is trash and the people inside will make you wish you never started your day there. Go somewhere else. They all also refuse to give their names when asked. I've lived here my whole life.
