
There worst customer service ever. Things aren't going to be perfect every time you order from your favorite venue. However, as a regular customer, you should feel it will be ok when you reach out to management to make it right. Unfortunately, when Leaning Tower of Pizza makes a mistake they do not want to heat from you. They will NOT make it right. They may offer to split the cost of thier mistake with you but as i learned today they prefer you not order from them again, I was so shocked. They will tell you flat out if you are not willing to split the cost of their error then you will get nothing. And that is exactly my experience today and after I was told that I would get nothing he hung up on me. I tried to call back one time... but he would pick up the phone and then hang up without saying a word. I decided that calling back would be useless since they don't care if they have your business or not. What kind of management is this? I thought it was a kind and polite family business who appreciated their local supporters in our community. They did not care that they not only threw away one household supporter but 5 other households will never order from them again. I am sorry to see such disregard for those of us in the community who have been supporting them over the years. I can not imagine ever treating supporters/clients in such a manner. Furthermore, if anyone on our team were ever to treat anyone like this they would no longer be a part of our team. To error is human, but to react in this manner is absolutely unprofessional and rude. Read moreWe have been going here for 15 years and this is how they repay us. First, when we order the "largest pizza you have", we mean the Sicilian, and sometimes they clarify, other times they don't, but we've always received what we want with no issue. Well, today we did not, and instead of owning up to the mistake and offering to fix it, the person who took our order argued with us saying we should have specified because the large and Sicilian are "both 16 inches". Yet, as we all know, a Sicilian pizza is considerably larger as it is thicker and square, and if you know you have large pizzas of varying sizes, it is your job to clarify for the customer (dont you want to make more money anyway?). Nevertheless, we asked them to make us the correct pizza and had to wait 45 minutes for a new one. The least they could have done was let us keep the original since they'd have to toss it anyway, but not only did they take it back, they then tried to charge us the difference in price! When we asked if that was necessary with all of the inconvenience, we were told "I'm not the manager". When we asked for the manager, and he was brought over asking how he could help, the person then said "nothing they have their Sicilian". And now, on top of it all, I get a good look at this pizza and it is burnt to all hell, and it is not even sliced properly! It feels spiteful, to be honest. I am disgusted with the service and food I've received today and the only reason I have given more than 1 star today is because of our great experiences in the past. We ordered delivery and ordered a 14 inch pepperoni pizza, chicken parmasean with marinara since I'm allergic to beef, garlic knots, and 2 orders of chicken wings with ranch. 75 dollars worth of food. They brought me chicken parmasean with meat sauce, luckily i looked first before I took a bite or I would've had to grab the epi pen. I was willing to forgo that and count my losses and just dig into some wings, but low and behold they didn't give any ranch sauce. So I called them hoping they could remedy the situation by just running out the ranch sauce to us or something, willing to count my loss on the chicken parmasean, but they said it would be 45 minutes. Well my chicken would be cold by then, they refused to make the chicken saying "well you got your chicken", okay, and who wants to eat spicy hot wings without ranch?? Certainly not me! They said could remake the chicken parmasean and bring it in 45 minutes as well, I declined because I work nights and need to get my nap in before work. They said they'd credit me the couple dollars for the ranch sauce. A credit which can be used if I ever order again. Pointless, I will never be back. Now 40 dollars worth of food completely wasted and they're willing to credit us a couple bucks. Unbelievable. I've had better customer service at fast food...
