Southern Chicks Cafe & Daiquiris — Restaurant in New Roads

My straight unbiased experience is while the chicken is good, the overall price is too expensive. I travel for a living and that's all Southern, LA, sometimes I come to New Roads for work. I wanted to try this place, I heard it's "over seasoned" by someone local to the area. I didn't find that, the breading is well seasoned but I like it and with the honey mustard was great. The potato salad was decent, the bread was like middle school lunch roll and it was the size of a child's portion. I got 3 pc, with potato salad and a drink.. $16.14! Yes a 3 pc is THAT expensive here, I don't understand these outrageous prices. ON YESTERDAY I PLACED AN ORDER AT 7:30 PM FOR 4 PIECE SPECIALS I WAS TOLD IT WILL BE READY IN 20 MINUTES SO I WAITED FOR 30 MINUTES & I WENT BACK TO THE DRIVE THRU & SHE SAID ANOTHER 10 MINUTES I WAITED AGAIN & AT 8:15 PM SHE BROUGHT ME MY CHICKEN ONCE I GOT HOME THE CHICKEN DIDN'T HAVE ANY SEASONING ON IT!!! Ordered online. Never received any confirmation email. Tried to call 3 times to check on meal. No one answered the phone. Walked into place 30 minutes after order. Was told they never saw the order on the "system". Took an additional 20+ minutes to make the order... fries were cold and mushy. Burgers were cold on the inside. And the worst thing..NO ONE CARED ENOUGH TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! that's A POOR look to a st time customer!
