Stop by today and order and chilli cheese coney with ketchup and relish on the side, somehow this translates to a hotdog with mustard and onions with ketchup on the side. During the mix up the first little girl that came out to take our order and give our order walked away rolling her eyes with the hotdog I didn’t ask for after arguing about what I wanted/ordered. Why I had to explain it 5x, idk???? The Second Lady that came out was much easier to explain what I wanted without an argument or her getting mad and rolling her eyes. (thank goodness). Placed our order on the speaker. Then an employee comes out and says she’s there to take our order. Listens to the whole order again then presses the button and walks off. Someone comes on the speaker to take our order for a 3rd time. We told her we placed our order with the girl who came out. Then another person shows up at the window to take the order again. We left. I called to see what was going on and the Manager, Mary said she didn’t know what went wrong and was very argumentative. I told her when someone came out she said she was there to take our order. My fiancée and I went by today around 7:40p to order. The speaker/mic seemed to work just fine and the waitress didn't say otherwise. She repeatedly entered our order wrong and kept cutting us off to ask irrelevant questions about our order, even as we were trying to help correct her mistakes. We she gave us our total and my fiancée said, "Oh I'm not done yet." And the lady said, "I'm sorry, your food will be out shortly." After we get home and open our food, the snack wraps we ordered with no tomatoes ALL had tomatoes on them. On top of that, one snack wrap didn't even have a piece of chicken in it.
