SO DISAPPOINTED!! MY WIFE AND I MADE 745 PM VALENTINES DAY RESERVATIONS. WE PROMPTLY SHOWED UP AT 7 40 AND WAS MET WITH A LINE AT THE DOOR OF ABOUT 30 PEOPLE WAITING TO GET IN? I CALLED FROM THE PARKING LOT TO LET THEM KNOW WE WERE HERE BUT STUCK OUTSIDE AND COULN'T GET TO THE FRONT TO TELL THEM. I WAS TOLD " YOU WILL HAVE A LENGTHY WAIT UNFORTUNATELY", WHY? WE HAD RESERVATIONS, ITS WHY YOU DO RESERVATIONS SO AVOID THE WAIT. THEN WE WERE TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE OF SOME WALK UPS, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE, NOTHING WAS AVAILABLE, THE ENTIRE NIGHT WAS RESERVATION ONLY. FINALLY THE HOSTESS TOLD US OVER THE PHONE THEY HAD OVERBOOKED?? SERIOUSLY? HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO GAUGE THE AMOUNT OF TABLES, AND THE APPROXIMATE TIME EACH TABLE TAKES TO BE SEATED, ORDER AND BE FINISHED, CLEARLY THE WAY FOR THE NEXT PATRON? VERY UNORGANIZED AND NON CARING. WAS ONE OF OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANTS IN THIS AREA AND WE CAN'T WAIT TO EAT HERE TIME AFTER TIME, BUT HIS WAS JUST WRONG. WE JUST GAVE UP AFTER FINDING OUT THAT EVEN SOME 7 PM RESERVATIONS WERE STILL WAITING. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WENT WRONG AND ADDRESS IT , UNLESS THE DON'T CARE AND THEY DIDN'T APPEAR TO DO SO LAST NIGHT. My only negative thing to say about this place is I can’t afford to eat it every single day! My husband and I decided to stop in for a date night, we were greeted and sat promptly, even without a reservation. We both ordered a glass of wine, skipped the app as we got bread and we wanted to save room for dessert! Both entrees came with the choice of soup or salad, my husband enjoyed his soup and the dressing on the salad was delicious! My husband ordered the grouper and crab with Rockefeller sauce (special) and I ordered the eggplant and shrimp Parmigiana. Both dishes were PHENOMENAL! The wait for the food did take a little long, our waitress mentioned there was a party of about 25 so not sure if that contributed to the wait time but for food this good, the wait was perfectly reasonable! For dessert, my husband ordered a cannoli (nice and crunchy shell!) I ordered the pistachio cheesecake and it was great! Next time I will be trying the tiramisu. This will be a regular date night spot...

Ours was a mixed experience for sure. Up front, our server(s) were outstanding! No complaints there. We had the calamari appetizer which was over cooked and rubbery. The sauce for dipping was nicely spiced and tasty. We ordered the cannelloni and a grouper special. The cannelloni was completely over cooked and had no form. The meet filling did not present any spicing. The sauce on the dish was tasty and the best part of the dish. The grouper special had shrimp and scallops. The sauce was very tasty but the shrimp were over cooked. The grouper and scallops were cooked appropriately. If ordering specials we suggest you inquire about the price. The best part of dinner was desert. The chocolate mouse was velvety and rich. The lemon cake was also delicious. I went back and forth over 2 or 3 stars.
