Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in New Smyrna Beach

WELL 8 MONTHS LATER... I had a conversation with a manager who offered to send me a coupon to make up for the bad meal. Provided my address and contact info. Never heard from them again. Thank goodness there are other restaurants right next door that I go to regularly. I would avoid this location in New Smyrna Beach FL.

Thought I would wait until they settled from opening, but it did not matter. Only one drive thru available, second one not marked off so had to go around building again. No patience in taking orders. Got to window and lots of people working inside, a few right at the window and no one acknowledged me for about 5 minutes. When young man did, he asked if I paid. They gave me my food. No thank you, etc. When we opened the food ( at my daughter's restaurant) the order was wrong. They put their sauce on 2 of the meals I requested be plain. Called and spoke with the Eli, who said he was a mgr. Offered to replace it. Took my name and said to come back. Drive back, no one knew and had to wait for them to find the mgr. Brought out the replacement, asked if it had sauce, told no. Well it did. Then I had to wait for another replacement. Food ok. Could tell they are using old grease for the fries. Not worth the price or hype. Back...

The food at this location is eh, but the service is the worst part of this location. Trying to get sauce is like pulling teeth. You can see on the receipt I have 4 Zax sauce… I even paid extra for sauce and was given ZERO sauces. I caught it before leaving the parking lot no big deal, right? Wrong. I get back in the drive thru and let them know I didn’t receive my sauce. I get up to the window and let the girl (pink curly hair and nose ring) know I needed 4 Zax sauce, because I didn’t receive any and showed my receipt. She comes back with 3 Zax sauce, I said I still needed another, she rolls her eyes and tries taking the 3 back that she gave me. I asked her to grab the one more sauce, I just needed ONE more sauce. You can clearly see 4 Zax sauce are on the receipt. It honestly shouldn’t be a whole issue, but it was just that a whole issue. Extremely...

First time I went it was great! Second time not so great. There was NO chicken on my order whatsoever. It was right before closing. The sign showed big chunks of chicken smothered in bacon cheesy fries for $8.99. I live right around the corner so once I get home,sit down (mind you I'm starving and that picture of loaded chicken, bacon, cheesy fries is all I can vision)open the box and... Well I was sadly disappointed then I realized there NO chicken. Not a single chunk of chicken. Not even a glimpse of a piece of chicken. Now I thought Zaxby's was known for it's delicious chicken.
