Wonderful place to celebrate! Even with kids. Our wonderful server Siobhan was very attentive and a pleasure. The grilled meats and pineapple were even enjoyed by kids (7 and 4). Had a lot of selection even for dietary strict folks. We definitely enjoyed the dessert! The floor was slippery, but not when we were walking in.

The eggs benedict were delicious! Really enjoyed our breakfast outdoors. The service was wonderful. Sometimes when eating at other restaurants in the outdoor area you feel forgotten but here they were very attentive.

We had skillets there and they were both good. Too much food to finish. I wish they had Tabasco and the decor looks a bit dated (but both bad).

I was there a while back and I normally do not go to this restaurant it was my first experience there so I ordered a breakfast omelette and my son had a grilled cheese the FOOD was not as good as other Greek restaurants I've been to there are way BETTER ones out there when it comes to FOOD and to top it off they charged me $2 for HOT WATER I couldn't believe it I mean I brought my own tea because I like my tea so I had my own tea and I had asked for HOT WATER and then they wanted to charge me for a tea but I said no I have my own tea so the owner decides to charge me $2 for HOT WATER absolutely absurd I will never go to a restaurant that charges you for HOT WATER this place is definitely hurting and I can't see how long they're going to be in business when they're cutting corners like that thanks but no thanks I'll make my own omelette at home I can make one way BETTER than what they put outšŸ˜•

So don't you waste your money here this place is not that great with restaurants being more and more difficult to eat at I don't see how a lot of them could last to be quite honest when they wanna keep charging you for stuff like this it's absolutely shameful

Needless to say I did not leave a TIP you got my TIP when you charged me for the HOT WATER and this is partially the waiters fall too because he had to keep bringing everything to the owner when it came to the BILL very strange this owner is just trying to make money for the day any way he can by milking the BILL...

First visited last fall. Service was slow and it wasn't busy, but food was good. Visited today and won't be back. There was no line, but we waited without acknowledgement for a good 5 to 7 minutes. There were 2 servers and, what seemed to be, the manager at the front fighting with the register. A simple "hello, be right with you" should have been said. Then another customer stepped in front of us to say he hadn't been served as he was sitting outside. We continued to be ignored as that customer was then taken care of. We should left then. Finally was acknowledged and sat down. Got drinks right away. Server was initially attentive. Food was ok. One of my party members was significantly disappointed with his food-sandwich was soggy. Another said it seemed like her chicken was reheated. My salad was fine-nothing fantastic but fine. Finished eating and then we were properly ignored. Had to waive another server to get our check. That was ridiculous as servers were standing around. Very poor service,...

We came back to Ridgeview after many years, having moved away years ago. We had previously been a big fan of this North Shore establishment for over 30 years in its earlier days before renovations to its current layout. Today the restaurant didn’t disappoint- friendly server, good coffee and iced tea refills, delicious fluffy omelettes and eggs Benedict. We were delighted to see some locals who have also been frequent diners which attests to the quality and consistency of the food and family who own and manage Ridgeview. The menu has variety from breakfast to dinner options at good prices for a North Shore location. The only missing piece was the smiling face of the patriarch owner John who is now gone. It’d been great to meet his family who now manage this Wilmette gem! Maybe on...
