When they make your order right, it’s great but the employees there are not very competent and sometimes are not very attentive. Some employees don’t even know what’s going on around them. I once ordered breakfast and when I asked for syrup for my French toast sticks, the guy pulls out Ranch sauce. There’s times another employee has to step in for another because they understand a little better but it’s still terrible that the guy making my food doesn’t understand things like that. It makes sense why some extras don’t make it to my sandwich when I order sometimes. I give the few competent employees there their credit but the other ones who are a mix of confused, rude, and inattentive doesn’t do much for their case. It’s annoying to put an order in 20 mins ago and on arrival you see them on their phone while your food hasn’t even been started. If I’m in a rush I don’t stop here. Also they don’t arrive on time in the morning so don’t expect to get breakfast first thing in the morning. They arrive an hour or so after it’s actually supposed to be taking orders. I’m not sure if it’s something with the gas station Burger King’s but this is definitely the worst location I’ve been to. If you can get it elsewhere, please do. I don’t give them 1 star because a few employees there are competent and when done right, you’ll be satisfied with the order. But they lose points for overall bad performance. Read moreThe staff are unprofessional. I made an order through Uber Eats for delivery of Burger King. The delivery was delayed by over an hour. I chalked it up to a Friday night at first until the 3rd delivered person identified on the tracker called me to say Burger King reports the font have an order for me. I asked the driver to put the Burger King manager on the line. He does and that person tells me they never got an order, sometimes that happens. Puzzled I shared I have a receipt, an order number and I paid a little over $60 for this food which I’ve been waiting for over an hour. So I asked what happens now because again we want the food ordered. His only suggestion to accommodate me as a customer was to call Uber Eats and cancel my order and he hung up on me. I called back and got no answer. When I looked at the map of this branch it’s in a gas station. I will never go to this establishment for food.
